Not a bad place, good ice cream and yogart, just to small and large the level ice cream and yogart is a little on the pricey side but all and all not horrible considering all the toppings they offer with the the price of the ice cream and yogart the price goes by weight not scoops or toppings so not bad

The froyo is great but the staff is HORRIBLE! Unfortunately the people staffed are young individuals who do not have good customer relationship skills. Our three experiences were similar. Different staff poor service and right out kindness. Most of the staff stand around on their cell phones texting or they go to the back of the store where they are unavailable.

-On one hand, they have a wide variety of toppings and are a local establishment.
-On the other, the flavors don't change very often, and I have had mixed experiences with indifferent staff.

They have the same flavors pretty much every week. The seldom times I do stop in ( because Menchies didn't have what I was looking for ) you have to stare at someone to help you. When you pick a flavor, the attendant doesn't wear gloves or wash his/her hands so excuse me if I'm put off by the germs on your hands when you give me a sample cup. If you decide to sit down to eat, you get a beautiful view of the staff on their cellphones. EVERY TIME. Being an avid fro-yo lover I'm willing to try a place more than once despite the poorly trained customer service skills. I can finally say The Mix is the worst place I have ever been to for frozen yogurt.

I love this place. Every time I visit Valdosta, I come here for the best frozen yogurt!

UPDATE: They keep taking out the sea salt caramel pretzel so I don't go very often. Very disappointed.

Great variety from fro-yo to dip'n dots to smoothies. However, the workers were more into flirting with each other & had zero patience for a child whom was so excited & coukdnt decide what she wanted. They seemed bothered that we had to interrupt them in order to pay for our ice cream. So we opted only to get our child ice cream & that us adults would skip.
