  Ben immediately greeted me from behind the counter as soon as I walked in. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable! As I left, he shook my hand and acknowledged me by my name. I can say for sure all my shopping for music supplies will be here!

  The guys were kind and courteous especially to an eccentric old fart and dotard such as myself. By some magic they transformed my 200 $ guitar in a1000$ guitar .thanks again.

  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Incredible hand-made guitars and amps. We need to patronize these independent shops; you won't find the care and attention to detail in the big corporate stores. I hope to work out​ some deals with this shop even though I'm way out in L.A.

  Ben Owens has always been an extremely helpful business. Ben helped me fix a ground issue on my bass a year ago and I always take my musical business here. He knows his stuff. Eric and Rhys are also amazing, knowledgeable workers.

  I've been going to Ben for almost 20 years for all my guitar repair needs. He's a wizard. Customer service has always been impeccable. If you need anything musically come see Ben.

  Good shop, good service, if they don't have it, they'll get it for a reasonable price. $50 for strings review is an outright lie. I got the strings, and my guitar restrung and setup for less than that.

  Ripoff artists. Charged $50 for new strings. Said they were Elixirs. I know what Elixirs look and sound. They put on some cheap strings. DO NOT trust these guys. Never getting my business again.
