I just bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze from Austin. I had a great time there. He was always smiling and made the whole process go by smoothly. I walked in there with a price range and stayed within it. He didn’t offer me a car that was out of my range. He shouldn’t go unrecognized. I would highly recommend you go to him if you want to get the perfect car for you. He was really great!

We have had an amazing experience at Ray! We purchased two cars from Adam Walker and he was amazing throughout the entire deal! Adam followed up with us, made sure all our questions were answered and assisted with the service. Rob is service was great as well! He ensured I was quickly in and out and had a loaner waiting for me! I would recommend Ray to my family and friends! They are honest, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you!!

Sales experience was pretty typical. We bought a 2014 GMC truck that they delivered to us after using a loaner because it still needed to be inspected and detailed. Unfortunately after only 2 weeks of having the truck, we had to pay over $1300 to have all the brake pads and rotors replaced.
Random tip: bring a coat because it is FREEZING inside the sales area and you will be sitting there for 4+ hours.response / report this review -

Bought my 2017 Tahoe Premier today from Anthony Scornavacco. Great young man that was humble and very helpful. Showed me what I wanted and made the deal seamless and enjoyable. Great experience overall and will do business with Anthony again. Everyone at the store seemed nice. I highly recommend Anthony S. If you want no pressure and great knowledge of product the kid is fantastic. Go and see him!

Worked with Hugo Ayala and a sales manager Chris. Both amazing people. Got a really good deal on a great Traverse. I would definitely buy another car here. Service department is also amazing. I took my trailblazer there for years prior to this; they were the reason I looked to buy there in the first place.

Will is an excellent sales associate and has great customer service, I recommend anyone to get him for help. Even though I went in very strong minded about what I want, he gave me exactly what I ask for. I went in as a woman with an attitude not going to allow these sales men to convince me otherwise. He listened to what I want and has very good patience. All around great person!

I would definitely recommend coming to Ray Chevrolet if you're looking for a car. Joan was my sales representative and from start to finish I had my questions answered. As someone being new to the dealership experience and buying a car for myself, I was very anxious first walking in, but everyone is so friendly and nice and by the end of it all, I had no doubt I came to the right place.
They make sure all your needs are met, and if you have little ones, their kids room is a great distraction from what can be a boring process for a child. Plus, what kid doesn't enjoy free popcorn!? I was amazed that after all my years of working with car dealers that Rays still offered things like loan vehicles while yours is in for work, Tony my sales man was very nice and a pleasure to do business with. I would strongly recommend Rays over any other Chevy dealer in our area, and Tony deserves a AAAA+ in grading. They really made me feel like no matter what, I could go to them with anything related to my purchase, or future needs and they would always be happy to help. Definitely thumbs up Rays. Me and my husband purchased our FIRST NEW car from Hugo!! He was one of the best sales guys I have ever dealt with. From the beginning of our visit he had everything put together for us and all the info was detailed. He drove with us and explained every detail about the car and what the warranty would cover. It felt like we knew who he was for years! My husband purchased a car from a different dealership and I can honestly say that this experience was OUT STANDING compared to my past experiences. We will for sure be coming back to him! :)

I brought my Equinox to Ray for service after another dealership told us they couldn't find anything wrong with it. They took our issue seriously and quickly diagnosed and repaired a complex electrical issue. Rob at the service desk was fantastic. Apart from bring very helpful and accommodating, he also arranged window tinting at the same time as our service, which I thought was very cool because it saved us another day without a car. Excellent service.

I could not be happier with the service and attention this dealership gave to my 19 year old daughter who just purchased her first car. Not only did she get an amazing car at a great price, but her buying experience was positive as well.
Our sales professional, John Lesniak, treated our daughter as if she were his own. He guided her through the buying process, helped her choose a car that suited her needs, explained the pros and cons of each car, and walked her through the financing process. Not only that, but he made himself available at all times to answer questions from this particularly protective mom (who happened to be on a business trip during the purchase). He is a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful sales professional that has earned my trust and respect. My daughter's smile is the only proof I need to know that she had a good experience and that means the world to me.

Working directly with Sean Runions & Oliver (mgr.) was a pleasure. They worked hard for me, the customer. I had a positive experience 2 years ago, and when trading in my current vehicle, I went right back to the 2 gentlemen that best assisted me two years ago. It was great seeing their commitment and familiar faces after two years of professional service.

I could not afford the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I originally wanted, however I was able to invest in a car that was very close to it. I bought a used 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and it's absolutely gorgeous! I originally wanted a different color but I am more than pleased with what I actually ended up with today. Andrew put in a lot of work to get me something I would be 100% satisfied with and also affordable so I could make the monthly payments without drowning. I appreciate his patience and work ethic to help me walk out of here happy and I am ecstatic about my new car! Andrew is very understanding and helpful and I am glad I was able to work with someone who was looking out for my best interest in every aspect. Thank you so much!
