It was amazing. The chairs are so comfy and relaxing. The movie was great. The overall experience was fantastic and I give it 1 million stars out of 5.

I love Polaris 18. My favorite theatre. They have upgraded the facilities. This is usually the only theatre I go to watch movies

This theater is actually pretty cool. I think the seats are a little bit better at the AMC theaters, but these ones aren't bad at all either. I would kind of like to see this place a little more busy, despite the fact that more people usually = more obnoxious people making noise during the movie. It's just such a big lobby area when you walk in, you feel like it should be filled more often. Also don't mind the random picture of pizza I'm attaching to this review, I'm just doing it for more local guide points.

Very friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Unbeatable matinee prices. Clean premises. Plenty of parking. Nice location. Comfortable seats.

They started this new thing with Advance Notice so you cant show up, and get a ticket. You have to buy an advance notice, and pay a $1.50 fee for the hold.

The guy at the ticket booth said yea we have always done that. NO YOU HAVE NOT I've been coming here for years, and never seen that.

So I just left. my wife, and i always buy a large bag of popcron, two large drink, and i get some hot dogs.

If this is a new thing I'll never come back here again, and we come there at less 3 times a month.

I was going to see a movie there but i did not end up going because one of the managers were super rude. She rolled her eyes when we tried to buy a ticket and acted like she did not want to be there. So we went outside to wait for our ride and she yelled at us to get off the property. I highly suggest you do not go to this theater. Every time i go, i have a bad experience with the staff.

Not bad for the price- $5 every Tuesday. But the seats are awful, my butt nearly went numb.

I love this place me and my daughter go alot staff is always friendly ,its very clean! Prices on food are a little high butt overall we LOVE IT!

Staff can sometines be rude, and theaters/loby are typically dirty. This theater has fallen behind in modernization. Still uses old style seata, and the sound quality isnt the best. Much prefer Marcus Crosswoods only 2.5 miles away.
