I am a bride that was extremely frustrated with this entire experience. Every little thing is an additional charge and when I expressed concern about this, I was told, that others did not "find the contract confusing". I found this extremely condescending and a basic customer service "no no". Although they give you contact with florists and a cake decorator, and have many options, you will find that for anything that is not mundane and basic, there will be an additional cost. Even taking a pdf that I made and projecting it onto a screen they already had was an additional cost.
One day, after meeting in person with Erin, we set up a time on a Thursday for our final meeting to go over details. I remember this conversation vividly, as my fiance took a half day off of work in order to make it. However, on the day of our meeting, we were told that we had made no such arrangements and that they had to get back to us. My fiance had to hound them in order for them to fit us in. We also requested, and received confirmation that there would be a s'mores bar included in our package. Erin, however, appeared to never have updated our information. And instead of telling us, we had to find out the day of our wedding that it was not there. Several times, without notice, my "wedding planner" changed. I worked with a total of three different people that did not communicate with one another. I believe this is Erin's way of getting out of dealing with her brides. I found her to be rude, highly disorganized, and a child-like in the way that she handles brides concerns. I was told at my rehearsal dinner that I would not be working with anyone that I had previously spoken to. So, I had to have someone I was unfamiliar with on the day of my wedding. The day of the wedding, my bridesmaids and I arrived slightly early to the venue. We were told that we could come in at 1:30, however, we were 20 minutes early. I thought this would be no problem, as there was a bridal suit, lights were already on, and the planner was in the building. The wedding planner tried to tell us we were not allowed in, but eventually changed her mind and let us in as it was cold. Out of any of the people I worked with throughout this process, however, Sydney (the woman who worked with us on our big day) was the most kind and professional and I truly appreciate her for that.response / report this review -

AMAZING! Got married here a d recently went to a friend's wedding & apsolutely loved it. So many packages to fit your budget. Also beautiful & all the staff are lovely :)

Nice venue for weddings, I was invited for a friends wedding and the venue was here, I was so amazed how they set the venue for that wedding. I wish to held my wedding here next year :)

This is a gorgeous venue for Weddings. I can't really imagine hosting anything else here, but that's not because it doesn't seem like a nice space for anything else, it's because it seems so perfectly tailored for weddings. A bit out of the way, especially if you're coming from Columbus, but it definitely does the job admirably.

We went for a wedding, and it seems like an ideal venue for such an occasion. You can't help but notice the numerous awards they have displayed at their entrance for being such a venue. I can't speak from a planning point of view, but from a guest's point of view it was nice.
