There were only 2 cashier's and the manager clearly saw the line was taking 20-30 minutes. 2 people left without their stuff. It was ridiculous

The only reason I went to the Powell store was because there was an activity going on Delaware, Ohio on Sunday, July 30th that made it impossible for me to get to the Kohl's Delaware store. I was so disappointed in this store. I was in the women's department and was looking for 0X sizes and I never found the first X size let alone 0X sizes. When you need help, you would think you would at least see a Kohl's associate. I never saw any associates until I finally decided to check out and leave the store with what I had found to buy. I love the Delaware store and unless it is absolutely necessary for me to stop at the Powell store, I won't be shopping there. I am glad you asked for this as I don't know when I have been more disappointed, if ever, with a Kohl's store and I do a lot of shopping at Kohl's.

The two women who waited upon us were outstanding. I recommend them both for their customer service. Great people in the jewelry department and the cosmetic department.

The continuous beeping in the store for years has made it so that my highly sensitive wife cannot shop here anymore. I don't know why they have some beeper that echoes throughout the store, but it's never been off.

Great service clean and extremely knowledgeable staff. The 5-star rating goes across the board so staff ,store, merchandise excellent. This is by far one of the best Kohls in Columbus

Always a nice place. I love the graphic tee's that are two for $22.00. Little known secret, if there is a long line at the checkout just go to the jewelry counter and pay but only if you have a few items. Don't be the d*ck with a full cart. They do it as a courtesy, so be courteous.

I love this Kohl's! It is impossible to keep up with the everyday trend expectations that my 13 year old daughter has and still maintain enough money to occasionally eat. Last night I found sweaters and jeans all below $10. I was able to get 5 new work out shirts for myself for $4 a piece. The shorts and t-shirts for next summer were only a few bucks. A try to buy a season ahead of time. There were so many cute outfits that a third of my Christmas shopping is now complete for under a $140. As if I was not happy enough the sales clerk Sandra gave me a scratch off that helped me save an additional 30%. I had a great experience at this store.
