This shop does not have experience with higher end bikes. Watching them work on my bike was making me cringe until I had to step in and correct the mechanic. the only thing above average was how much they charged.

I can't say enough good things about Jeff Rapp and his bike shop. Not only does he have a large selection of bikes and accessories at a fair price; you get personalized service with Jeff's laid back, honest approach. I have been a customer of Rapps for 40 years and even though I moved 50 miles away 22 years ago I still make my trek to Butler and deal exclusively with Rapps. Chao Rudy

Stayed late to help me with my uhaul trailer and support friendly while on the phone. My first truck took 3 hours to find at another location. Highly suggest visiting them for all uhaul needs.
