  Extremely nice and very helpful people that work here. I took my rings here to get it sized, and when I got it back they were absolutely gorgeous. They did incredible work, you can't even tell that my rings have been sized. After sizing the rings, they did an amazing job cleaning them. It was like getting new rings back! They have a beautiful store, and from what I could tell lots of choices if you're looking for jewelry. I'm not sure of the prices when it comes to the jewelry that they sell, I imagine it's more on the expensive end. However, for the sizing it was very very reasonable. The biggest reason why I chose this place to take my ring to is, because they do all the work in store. They didn't have to send my rings out. They told me it would take about a week to finish my rings, but they called me in two days to tell me I could pick them up. I would highly recommend Randy Cooper's Fine Jewelry.

  I went in to get my Rolex watch repaired. I was meet by a very nice lady that was able to tell me what was causing the problem with my watch. It did not need any repair. She took the time to clean my watch as well. Great place with wonderful customer service. Highly recommend Randy Cooper's.

  I certainly would recommend this beautiful store to anyone in KS. I had the opportunity to visit with Randy and Diana at a jewelry show and they definitely have their customers first interest . Education is very important to them . Please go in and tell the Tennessee ladies sent you in.

  Very nice people. They charged 5 dollars to replace my watch batteries on a watch I didn't buy from them and also cleaned it for me. Very nice people and great service!

  I have bought several watches from Randy Cooper's and perfectly happy with all of them. Great service and timely repairs. Ask any one of the sales and repair technicians and you will get top notch service. No one in town has the wide selection of jewelry that Randy Cooper's has.

  Went to get a watchband repaired since they are the only Tag Heuer authorized repair in the area. Was greeted by a very nice saleslady and introduced to Matt who would be doing the repair. He was booked but managed to work in my repair so I could take the watch on a business trip.. Very nice to work with and the price was very reasonable. Great customer service from the time you walk in until you leave..highly recommend this business..

  Extremely terrible customer service. Sent a Rolex in for repair, after numerous attempts (2 to 3 weeks of calls) to check the status and not receiving a return call I sent a email asking for some information about the repair. The next day I received my watch back and a nasty note stating "I have 30 other Rolexes to repair in front of yours and now I don't want to see any more from your company." If they couldn't fix my watch in a timely manner, I wish they would have been honest upfront.
