Nice modern place for dinner. I didn't stay in the hotel. I went to dinner here with the parents for Xmas dinner. I had a NY strip that was very tender. The server was very nice and my kids enjoyed it too. We sat out by the gas fire pit with fire glass. It was a very pleasant evening. The place was empty except for the bar which had an average size crowd.

I really enjoyed the conversation
after working hard all day. Been here approx.2 weeks everyone was EXTREMELY nice. However l was changing my work shirt was dirty in the ladies room so l could go ahead and eat. And 2 rude ladies came to drill me on what l was doing here. Ialso have friends that have been here 2 weeks as wellLIKE l said everyone was polite.
But the attitude your 2 staff gave me was enough to ruin the mood.
Thanx l think you should treat your guest with courtesy at all times.
Now l found a weekly rate betterand l know they know how to treat their guestl think l will tell my friends
they had 2 of your rooms. That is no way to treat a paying guest.
FOR THOSE WHO KNOW!!!!!

We had our wedding here and I can't say enough about this hotel. Rooms were very nice, hotel was well maintained and extremely accommodating. Food was very good and the pool and bar was fantastic! You won't be disappointed with this hotel.

The food is always mediocre at best. I haven't been to the rooms, but the restaurant is okay. The meeting rooms are big, the bar and pool are nice. The only thing is that the chairs at the tables near the near are very uncomfortable, in the dining room they are very comfortable. They do make good drinks and Monday night trivia is very fun.

We had an enjoyable stay. The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue was their main lobby has one of those scented wall plugs that make it difficult for those with asthma and or allergies, it only bothered a member of my party while they were in the lobby.

We had a very nice timeThe only suggestion that I have is, they need to check at pool area if you are really staying at their hotel. There was a family there, they came in from the side entrance by the bar.5 kids, man and woman.the woman was very mean and screamed at the one little boy the whole time..sat in hot tub with her cigarette and drink. She screamed at this kid the entire time they were there..I went to the pool area twice while they were there. They did not have a room, they drove there for swimming only. I was a paying customer and I don't feel this was right at all.I watched them leave and while in hot tub, she is telling the other kids..we have to go home and make dinner, paint etcshe told the kids did you have a good time, we will come back again.

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms looked great but the room that was not meant for animals smelled very strongly like cat urine and mold. The staff explained that the hurricane blew water under the doors and they were working on replacing the carpets which is more than understandable, however there was no attempt to warn us or compensate for it ahead of time or after. My asthma was constantly triggered the entire stay.

The hotel and the room were fine. Nothing special and nothing horrible. It was the surprise charge of $160 after the fact and the hotel's arrogant attitude about it that destroyed any nice perception I might have had.
This was a single, overnight stay for business. No food was ordered and no amenities were used that would have incurred a charge. When I checked my credit card charges a few days later, I saw the tacked on charge for $160. When I called to question the charge, the woman told me "we know about the dog you tried to sneak in, so you were charged."
Ok. There was no dog. Of any kind, shape or form. She claimed a night employee of the hotel saw me with a dog going into the room I had reserved. In a word, this was impossible. Regardless of mistaken identity or paranormal activity, I insisted there was no dog, this was a mistake and the charge needed to be removed. That's when she said "YOU must provide irrefutable proof that there was NO dog in the room" to which I said, "No, you must provide proof that there WAS!"
After haggling back and forth about reviewing security camera footage and a brief but equally unpleasant call with the General Manager, the money was refunded. Just the bogus charge. No apology and nothing more as a customer service gesture to perhaps go beyond their false accusation and attitude.
Can't recommend a place that would treat their guests this horribly and we will never stay there again - with or without a dog!

I just loved this place. It has a little bit of a motel touch, but that touch is tiny and does not make anything bad at all.
I loved the pool and the down to earth friendliness of the staff.
Would go again in a second.

We stayed in the king sweet. It was giant, with plenty of room for the three of us. My only complaint is the lighting. The room over all is a little dark, and the bathroom was a cave.. showering was an experience. Other than that, had a nice little fridge, microwave. Beds were comfortable. I will say the front desk tends not to be manned all the time. Sometimes if you need so.ething, you have to wait for someone to show up.

Beautiful hotel, Fabulous rooms, all retro remodeled and updated! Walk-in pool with fun poolside bar. Great drink specials and the restaurant is always delicious! Ask for Jeannie to plan your wedding at this fun location!

This is a wonderful hotel. The buffet in the morning provides a terrific layout of food. The outside pool is heated, and the hot tub is relaxing. The bar provides tasty food and good drinks.

Came here for the Friday night fish fry (haddock is one of my favorite). It was excellent! The service was absolutely phenomenal. From the hostess (Yani) greeting us with a smile and having a great attitude as we kept changing our minds on where we wanted to sit, to Katie our server who was always smiling, upbeat and efficient to Jon the food runner, who brought us our food and always asking if we needed anything. Kudos to a great staff! Will definitely be back!!!
