The stay was fine. The room average. The overnight clerk was unfriendly and rude. Didn't even look up from his phone to answer a question about the ice machine location. Probably won't be staying there again. Unless there is no other option the next visit to Sarasota.

Dirty, dirty!! Should say gross. Filthy rug looks like they haven’t vacuumed and stains all over. Hair in the bathroom. Filter of the AC was gray with dust. Internet service sucked slow and then just none at all.
We stuck it out because we were tired. If I paid a cheap motel rate I could accept it, but I paid over $100 for the night so I’m suprised. Booked on Hotels tonight. If I could have read the reviews first I would have stayed far away. Next time I will!!response / report this review -

Keep your money!If I could give a review for zero I would.Place is old and
smells nasty.People in customer service are overall rude.There are several hotels in area that are same
price and nicer accomodations.Yeah and way nicer.You work hard for your
money treat yourself good and stay at days
Inn near airportplus there are other
hotels near that location.In walking

We got at the motel at 1:00 a.m. on Thursday morning. $67 a night. FOR Thurs. Fri. And Sat. We paid $264.00 i believe. The internet says "dog friendly" but when i called the girl said "no dogs allowed per owner policy". I told her it was a service dog with licence from florida and she said "let me text him". A few moments later she got back on phone and said that the owner said it was okay i could bring my dog. Come Saturday afternoon we came back to motel from shopping and the door would not open. I went to front desk and told the lady. She said "of course. You were suppose to check out by 11:00 am. I said "no we paid for three nights, thurs, friday, and saturday". She then said "no according to company policy when you come in late like that, you have to pay for Wednesday". I then getting a little aggravating said" that's crazy, we got here on thursday morning", she then interrupted me and rudly said "how many dogs do you have in the room?" And i said to her "one and she is a service dog", and again rudly interrupting me sjhe said "your not allowed to have dogs in the room". I told we had permission from the owner that the virl that checked us in texted him and got permission. Then she started making a big deal abt it so i just said "forget it we will leave, unlock the door so we can get our things" and walked away. The girl unlocked the room and we got our stuff. The girl followed us all the way outside around the whole building to make sure we ledt the premises. The hallways were very hot and smelt like must and smoke, very rude older lady at front desk. Very bad reference.

Do not stay!!!! Came in for overnight stay on 9/2/17, room was not very clean, stains on the wall, dirty bathub and worst of all found a tick in the bed! We brought it downstairs to demand our money back and when the front desk saw it they didn't apologize or seem surprised that they had pests. Terrible customer service and overall experience. Better hotels around the area.

Friendly staff. Honestly though, you can get a perfectly clean high-quality room through the vacation websites these days, and at about half the price, so a bit of a hard sell.

Horrible horrible horrible, smells carpet stinks no water pressure employees rude room suck blood on the ceiling in the bathroom, pool looks totally gross hot tubs gross can't store anything in the room safe doesn't work. Don't want to get the room clean because staff looks like a bunch of Thieves. Go ahead and spend the extra money and find another motel. This place sucks and I'll put my name on this review ,Tony T Sharp I have to give it one star in order to post that's the only reason I posted one star

We made the best of it but this place is pretty gross. The price was obviously good because there's not much to it. They definitely need to do something about the smell in the hallways! I don't know if it's mildew or what but it's really gross. I didn't see any roaches or beg bugs (which I would have left if I did) but I was nervous about it the whole time. I probably wouldn't return unless it was a very last resort.

If you use debit card they charge extra 70 for room, was not told about theses charges. We found the charge at the airport before arrival and check in. Dont get money back for 2 to 3 days after check out. TV channels sucked, half of listed available channels dont work. We also set up on Wikipedia for a smoking room but when we got here no smoking on property. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. Dispute my complaints would stay again, just plan ahead for the extra charges.

I didnt totally dislike the motel. It is very dated, a bit smelly (old), our mirror was shattered and the table was broke. No dressers to put clothes in. That being said ya cant beat the price and location. People were friendly and we just showered and slept here. Not a "resort" by any means but good enough for us. PS breakfast was decent

The stay here was okay. I made reservations. I was annoyed at the fact that I was booked on the third floor, when I seen other rooms closer to ground floor. I was also told that this hotel is strict about guest. And I was told that there should be no smoking. Her exact words were. "My boss told me no smoking." I laughed and told her I don't smoke. She said "no smoking of any kind". "No crack pipes, etc, etc". Mind you I'm a black woman with dread locks. This was said to me but it wasn't said to the Caucasian couple that stood before me.They are prejudice here but still want your money. However the room was great, their service needs to be re-evaluated.

POOR! Those that say excellent quality must live in an out house! 4 friends got 3 rooms. My room dirty rust color in shower, under the beds were were crumbs of food, hair bands and dirt, stained ceilings, stains on pillows and damp musty smell in room. 2nd room had at least 3 roaches as he was looking for bed bugs. We got a new room. I guess it's good, I haven't heard from him. The 3rd room he must have gone strait to bed as we traveled 13 hours to get here. ALL I can say we are finding a new hotel tomorrow.
