It's was very pleasant the staff was very nice owners were amazing and very nice not to charge me and my husband for our two kids ages 2 and 3 years and gave us extra doughnuts and as much coffee we could drink i would definitely go here again very clean nice rooms love the pool nice

For the price this is ok but as far as the room and people horrible! The room was dirty and smelled bad the light in bathroom didnt work nor did the light on the nightstand went to front desk and asked for a new light bulb and felt like the front lady was rude and didnt care. So many people kept coming in and out of their rooms being loud at all hours of the night so was dissapointed that a hotel that i thought would be nice turned out not to be.

I just recently stayed at this hotel I think the renovations that they have done to these rooms are lovely. The staff was kind and friendly I was very impressed with the way the staff handled there self with professionalism and I will make sure I stay there again the next time I am in town. thank you for the wonderful time and the cleanliness of your rooms keep up the great work.

Ramona was excellent and very customer service oriented. I'm glad to have stayed at a place that genuinely cares for its customers.

Well I'm still at the roadway inn and I am so happy on the way everyone has treated me and has been very helpful with all of my needs and it's not that expensive to stay here either so I'm saying this is the place to stay

Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! the windows do not shut all the way, let alone do not have locks on them. Bed sheets and Floors were dirtywe had to ask them to clean our room!! no towels were given unless asked. Even when we asked to change bed sheets, they put the same comforter back on(which we know because the burn whole). They only serve donuts and coffee for breakfast although they make sure they keep a sign out to let each customer know they are allowed one donut each. Place needs some major improvevent hope things change around there soon.

Rooms are clean, very convenient to local shopping. Wife and I have stayed numerous times with no incidents. Very affordable, staff is very friendly and very helpful. Great options as well for dining in. Towels are clean and offered fresh ones the next day. Never once saw a bug. People don't understand this is not the Hyatt. You do get what you pay for, it is close to 41 so do hear the traffic, but otherwise a nice place to relax for the money. Never had any issues with our deposit. Well worth the money.

I will NEVER EVER stay here again! I stayed there for 2 nights. The night shift lady at the desk when I checked in was AMAZING but that's the only person I give this 1 star to. The rooms are non smoking but they have chairs and an ash tray outside but one night we had just finished our cigarettes and it was maybe 9:30pm the owner had told us we were not aloud outside our rooms on the balcony past 8pm!! YET ITS NOT POSTED ANYWHERE!!!! I had asked him upon check out about the sign he had stated was in the office posted he has it behind the counter where NOBODY can see it so I told him why don't you put it where guest can see it when they come in to get a room! My other issue was housekeeping they are very pushy n if u ask them to come back to pretty much insist to come in at that moment. Pool was cold, over all a terrible stay.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. The owner is exceptionally rude. The cleaning ladies are pushy and you will NEVER get your deposit back. The rooms are bug infested. I woke up in bed with ants crawling all over me. The carpets are sticky, saturated with? The toilet broke, one electrical outlet ceased it's existence taking out one lamp and the t.v. with it, and they refused to come fix it. I wouldn't recommend this dive to my worst enemy! For your hotel experience, stay ANYWHERE but here. Including outside. Pitch a tent and curl up in a sleeping bag, or even behind a dumpster on a mattress soiled with blood, sweat and tears..before you even consider staying in this wretched place. Please, take my word on this. It was a travesty and you can't bathe yourself enough upon leaving to cleanse this filth off your body or wipe the greasy black smudge off your memory. Boo- Rodeway and employees. You should ALL be ashamed of yourselves. With luck, the Health Dept will have you shut down to save others from being subjected to your chaotic, cockroach infested rooms, curt obnoxiousness, crooked, criminal dealings and your crusty, rancid and poor excuse for a motel!
