I will NEVER stay here again!! Unfriendly staff, not enough room service, terrible housekeeping, and lazy effort in all aspects of my stay here!!

Very shady. Two way mirrors on looking the bed. Bathrooms not cleaned, hair in sinks, makeup stained on towels. The staff were friendly. Wouldn't go again.

I give this hotel NO stars (it's 1 star because it wouldn't post without a star) because I was treated so bad by the men at the front desk. I was one of the thousands of people who had to evacuate because of Hurricane Irma and really needed a place to lay my head. I had a confirmation number and all for my reservation that I booked for 3 nights but somehow they could not find it nor a couple other people's reservation. I also was told that i couldnt book more than ONE night at time. I would never recommend this hotel to ANYONE. I would rather sleep in my car then to ever walk in that place again. IT'S HORRIBLE !!

I will NEVER book this place again. Whoever the guy is that works nights, is VERY rude. He would NOT allow me back to MY room. This is a non smoking hotel, which means you have to go outside to smoke.. Which is no problem. But when did just that, and attempted to go back to my room, I was not allowed, when I asked for a refund he shouted at me to GET OUT!!!! And told me I DONOT have a room here even though he saw my key and I.D. I've never felt so disrespected in my life!

Said it was no smoking facility but room smelled of smoke. We stayed two nights, and on the third day, the entire hall smelled of smoke. Room has leak stains on the ceiling, a moldy shower curtain, and the bottom mattress was covered in hair and some type of grass. The guy called on the way and wanted to give our rooms away, because we didn't put a credit card on file for all the rooms, because they said we didn't have to. We were traveling with a ball team, and couldn't get ahold of them right away. The guy gave us 15 minutes to call back. Luckily we got in touch and got the info and called back, to which they then said we could fix it when we got there. Breakfast was ok, all the yogurt was out of date. The pool was clean.

First of all, there were bums laying on the ground at the front door. The hotel smelled like a French brothel. The room was filthy. We had to clean ourselves as there no maid on duty at 3pm.smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling . No vending facilities. When I to the lobby the manager and his enforcer threatened to call the police and have me thrown out just for asking for bottled water. My wife burned herself in the shower as the knob snapped off in the hot position. While my wife was in the ER, I went back to pack up and get some free breakfast. The cereal was stale and they had no bacon or sausage. Before I could pack up, I got a wicked of diarrhea. This review may not be helpful as I plan to sue them out of bussines.

The stay was okay, as was the hotel itself. However, I'm booked the room online which required a credit card but I also have the option to put a check mark in the Box saying that even though I am giving you my credit card I will be paying cash. When I got to the hotel they had tried to run my credit card without my permission and there wasn't enough money on it which is why I chose the cash option. They also took my room and reduced it to a room that was not as good. Then when I went inside and they explained everything to me I tried to pay them the cash and the guy that was working there started arguing with me and kept arguing with me for a good 15 minutes until I finally said the words "Jesus Christ Man" and shook my head. At that time a lady intervened and told him just to give me the room and to leave me alone. He was probably the worst person that I have ever seen when it came to customer service at any hotel I've ever been in and I do nothing but travel and stay in hotels all the time so that's saying something.

Be careful with your booking as I had to cancel and I'm having trouble getting refund. Even though it is Masters week and they have already resold my room, they still will not give refund

One of the single worst experiences I have ever had. I travel full time, for over 23 years, and I have rarely seen a facility in worse condition, a staff as rude, and a complete lack of professionalism. First room I checked into had cockroaches, the second was filthy, and the third was under construction. Front desk was aggressive, rude, and threatened to call the police, which I had already done. If you sleep behind a dumpster, you will have a far better experience than this pathetic Wyndham property.

In town for funeral at 1pm, they refused late checkout. No hair dryer, no cups, drawers are crooked, fridge not cold. No plastic for ice bucket. Dark stains on towels that feel like sandpaper

Gross! Stopped in ard 7pm to break up a road trip- found hair (probably facial) all over bathroom sink and floor, so they definitely did not attempt to clean the sink or bathroom floor. Manager/Owner said he didn't have any other rooms available, but there were only 2 cars in the parking lot. He also said that he was the only one there and didn't have time to clean the room if it would take more than 2-3 minutes. I checked out and got a refund. Not at all what I expected from Microtel.
