I was very happy with our stay at this Ramada. Our room was Great! Everything we needed and very clean. The view is what really made the stay. We could see a large portion of the lake and it was awesome. It's location makes it a great starting point for wine tours. The restaurant and bar that were attached were great as well. Very happy with my stay and will be back again.

Stayed for two nights for a wedding in the area. Room was clean, check in and check out was a breeze. We ate at the hotel restaurant on Sunday morning for breakfast. Portions were large for ordering an omelet but there was also the buffet available for $14. Would recommend!

This old-style hotel stood out amongst the modern, often tacky, stuff along the esplanade. Loved lying in bed watching the falls change colour, throwing open the window and hearing the distant roar of the falls. Loved being along the corridor from room 801 where Marilyn Monroe stayed. Dinner in the restaurant so memorable for watching the falls under the evening sun. Thanks Crowned Plaza for retaining that sense of the past

Everything was absolutely perfect. Staff here is amazing! The attached restaurant is flawless. Looking for someone to hold a professional event? This couldn't be more perfect.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 7 years and love the location . We have never had any issues and I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews . The staff has always been pleasant and our room was always clean. We just wish there was an exhaust fan in the bathrooms to keep the bathroom from steaming up during your shower. We walk downtown to a wonderful old cafe for breakfast! Great location to the many Seneca lake wineries and places of interest. Also a great walking trail and pier to walk on over the water edge.We will return in June of 2018 for our annual trip to wine country!

Great location. Great hotel. What's better than all of this is that they have amazing staff!
I was checked in by this wonderful lady called Howard. She was absolutely amazing. I was supposed to stay for one night.
Everything seemed so worth it that I decided to stay another night
Howard took care of changing my room to lake view, giving me a king bed and talking great care.
Definitely spend a night here if you're driving by or headed to Geneva, NY!

Attended a wedding here recently. The food here was excellent. Great meal. The drinks were great as well. The restaurant attached is nice too. Great green space outside for wedding and morning walks. The only downside was my bed. Super stiff bed, which made for a difficult sleep.

It is located in the lake and has a beautiful view. The people are very nice. The bed was a problem. It dipped in the middle..but overall it was a wonderful stay

Excellent hotel. Rooms are clean and nice. Windows actually open. Only dissapointment was the pool. Which is little more than an oversized hot tub with a deep end of 3'10" and a maximum limit of 10 people. Everything else was great though! Friendly staff and great coffee in the lobby.

By far the worst stay i have EVER had! False advertising​! As far as I'm concerned they stole 136 dollars from me. I booked a king suite room that was supposed to have a hot tub. when we arrived we realized this was NOT the case. Manager told us they would have " gladly upgraded our room but unfortunately all those suites where booked." This I fully understood and was okay with but when asked what else they could do for me all that could have been done was refunded me a measly 7 dollars and some change??!!! A 1 year wedding anniversary weekend was completely ruined thanks to the Ramada! This is the worse customer service I have ever delt with. I couldn't have been more disappointed. My husband and I had been looking forward to this weekend getaway for a few months. :/

We stayed at the Ramada Geneva on a quiet weekend in March. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The thing that drew us to this hotel in particular was the proximity to the Geneva downtown area. Overall we had a great stay and will likely return.
