No accountability and absent of compassion for human beings. They should be the best at what they do but it all starts at the top. Our veterans never turned their backs on their country and it is unacceptable for these employees to behave this way. So shameful.

If the veterans would take the time to voice their frustrations and insist that this facility do their jobs by visiting the 5th floor, which is the director's office, the administrators and the doctors would be forced to work and earn their pay check. They are not trustworthy.

    Deplorable playground.

This is not the best VA, but it's not the worker's fault. It's the administration's fault.
