Ragazzi is a good choice for a quality Italian dinner without going overboard on price. The only downside is they can have an enormous wait on weekends at peak times. For that reason I recommend it as a week night choice. Or make reservations long in advance. Another thing I noticed (Maybe an opportunity for small improvement?) is that some of the tables seem rather close to eachother because the "half wall" separating them is a bit short. As a taller person, it feels you are sitting right next to another guest. Not an issue if you are under 6' unless you have a tall stranger looking down at you, I suppose.

Super knowledgeable about gluten and Celiac restrictions. Have never had an issue and the staff is always extremely nice! Food is great (and most you can't even tell is gluten free!) Bonus points for the gluten free cannolis! 👍

Not the best Italian food, not the worst. Certainly delicious though. I'll most likely come back. Atmosphere is pleasant, service is good, bathrooms are clean. Not a bad place overall. Our experience was rather pleasant.

Wait staff is the worst! Never come to refill a drink or check on you! Especially the goofy looking dark haired girl with 3 chins! She tells you to hurry up out because they need table for next reservation( beyond rude)!! Meanwhile the place was empty! We definitely will not be returning here! The food wasn't great either. Plenty of better places to eat then this unprofessionally staffed place. They should invest in new waitresses who want to work! Waitresses are EXTREMELY RUDE and USELESS!!!!!!

Food was very good. Service was a little slow, but they were extremely busy so I have to give them a pass. Overall it was a very enjoyable evening.

I am never going back to that restaurant again. although the food was good, we waited 2 hours for it!! after 1 hour of being confused as to why we didn’t get our food yet, the waitress comes over and said she LOST our order! she retook our orders and we got our food after an hour of waiting. we had difficulty getting a hold of the manager and when we finally spoke to him he said our coffee and dessert was on the house. We ordered dessert and got our check only to discover we were charged almost $30 in non alcoholic drink AND we were also charged for the “complimentary” dessert. after complaining AGAIN he was very condescending and unprofessional. Never spending another dime at that place. the food isn’t worth the horrible service.

Rigazzi Italian Kitchen is ultimately the best. The waiters, waitresses and hosts are very professional, the food is superb.
Matthew hosted the floor tonight, and by far is a great asset to Ragazzi's. He makes you feel right at home, friendly, sincere and very professional.
I highly recommend Ragazzi Italian Kitchen.

Food was wonderful. Server/bartender (he was both) was awful. We asked for a placement and gave us two dirty ones from someone who had left. Didn't even wipe them off. So unfriendly and had to repeat our order to him twice. Apparently he didn't hear it the first time. Have to say we always over tip. I swear this is the first time in 40 years that we didn't. Both being x-waitress and x- bartenders we get it when you have a bad day. This guy is obnoxious.

Very good food on a Sunday night. My only issue was the time it took to be served. Even with a reservation my party of two did not see our food arrive for 60 minutes after getting seated. That is an excessive delay.

This place is loud and crowded during busy times, but that is when there best employees are working.

When they are on, they're the best Italian cuisine in the area. When they're off, service and quality can take a dive.

In the end however, I have had almost every dish on the menu and have almost always been happy. Their meatball appetizer should be tied by everyone at least once. Their pasta and sauces are the epitome of fresh. Their marinara is literally the best I have had.

One thing I will say, the one steak option on the menu is not worth it, competent but not worth it. There are better options.

Our whole family LOVES reading here. We've been going weekly for about a year, and Ragazzi never disappoints. This is the rare find for those who are gluten free. It's a place that is safe for us, the food is amazing, the staff is absolutely wonderful and the environment is elegant but comfortable! Ragazzi is where we celebrate all of our special events!

The food is great. The servers are helpful and will customize your order as you want it. If you don't order food your way you might be disappointed so make sure you let them know how you want your pasta.

Utilizing the Open Table App, we made a reservation for Ragazzi's restaurant week. We had opted out of other restaurants we knew had phenomenal reputations to try something new & local. Our reservation was set for 8:30, with reservations available after that time. 5 hours after making my reservation I receive an email stating my reservation was cancelled by the restaurant with No attempts to contact me. When calling the restaurant I spoke to a very young hostess who told me it is a known glitch in their system that Open Table allows for reservations close to closing time (kitchen closing at 9pm) and it is common practice that they just cancel the reservations. She then told me I would have to make my reservation for earlier; which is not conducive to my work schedule. We rushed from work to be able to make it for 7:45pm.We were met by a group of servers/ manager/ hostess at the hostess stand who obvioulsy had little to do and were texting and hanging out. When we sat the server was less than personable, didn't offer the service we expected nor did he have much insight to the dishes offered. Appetizers came out cold, main course was good. Will most likely not be back due to the poor service and overall experience.
