Best hotel I've stayed at for the price I paid. Helps that there's a cute girl at the front desk some days.

Sleep number beds in the suite we stayed in, not sure if they are in all the rooms but we were pleasantly surprised. Clean, nice.

Hotel undergoing major renovation and didn't inform us when reservation was made. I had 3 rooms 1 renovated, 2 old. Renovated room was passable but the bathrooms in the old rooms were beyond disgusting. On the upside, front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely worst hotel. Rooms weren't cleaned before we checked in or during our stay. I was promised the hotel would be renovated by the time of my wedding but it wasn't. This had nothing to do for the lack of cleanliness and customer service. The front desk refused to give my own mother a welcome gift saying she wasn't a guess. My wedding was perfect despite this hotel which was absolutely embarrassing to my out of town guests. I will never forget this dark spot of my wedding. My guests even had to change rooms they were so disgusting.

Don't let the outside fool you, it was very nice inside. Remodeled, new decor, very nice, and elegant, the staff was friendly and nice, and had a pretty good breakfast that was open til 10:30 am on the weekend, a plus! It was like drab to fab, from outside to inside, if we come to this side of town again, we would definitely stay there again! If you like sleep number beds, we had one in our room.

This is the most disgusting, unprofessional hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. This turned a completely devastating experience into a full on nightmare, as I was there to bury my 20 year old niece who was killed earlier this week. The carpet was grossly stained and the peeling bathtub was so unacceptable that I refused to bathe my children in it. The fire alarm went off multiple times throughout the night, requiring the entire hotel to evacuate EACH time yet there was no fire or emergency. When I tried to speak to Susan Curto regarding these situations, she was so unbelievably rude, I don’t even know where to begin. She wouldn’t listen to what I was saying, continuously spoke over me and when I finally started speaking louder than her so she would listen, she threatened to call the police. Jay Pant, who is the manager, stayed in the background, hiding like a coward and refused to provide even a basic level of acceptable customer service, ignoring me as I spoke to him directly. When I finally had had enough and decided to check out, Susan Curto had the audacity to hold my bill, arguing with me as to why I was so unhappy. First, I attempted to correct the issues and you felt that I was not worth the effort so why would you argue with me at check out? Second, give me my bill so I can leave this horrid, horrid place as fast as I can. I will NEVER return and I highly suggest no one else does either.

Was only in the party room section for a gun show. The sidewalks could use some work along with the landscaping. The inside was ok could use a little updating but good for that event

Decent hotel, decent price. Nice breakfast, sleep number beds, need to work on their landscaping. It's home when I go to Cleveland because of the location.

Nice location. No microwave was a disappointment. Staff was friendly. Thankful that housekeeping wasn't pounding on the door in the morning. Overall a good place to stay.

I stayed for a week and it was a good experience, the price was the best in area and the staff made my stay easy. They were very helpful and my room was very clean. When I come back to the area I would stay again with no questions.

This hotel has a wonderful staff who will make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The food is very good and no request seemed too small. It's a great place to plan your next event and stay in the same place
