The rooms are way outdated to charge over 90 dollars. The elevator has been broke for months, dusty rooms, sticky & dusty ice bucket, looks like semen on the alarm clock, sticky stuff on the lamp shade, room wasn't vacuumed that well, trash all in the parking lot, dust and trash on the computer chair, breakfast wasn't all that good either. I was tired from moving and my apartment wasn't ready so I just needed a place to rest and take a shower. I would have walked out but I was just way too tired. Just don't stay here

I came at 12 midnight. Strange and dangerous people lurking outside. This is not a safe hotel. No security. No cameras. In a very seeded part of town. I made a reservation for La Quinta. 3 1/2 Stars. The hotel is now the Radiance. 1 star dump. Needless to say I did not star there.

Scary place to stay. Drug dealers in the parking lot. Groups hanging out doing drugs. Prostitutes coming in and out. Mention it to the staff and they laugh at you. Rooms are filthy; found an insole under the blanket! Not returning, and strongly recommend you find another establishment if you're considering here.

It's okay, but not great. The room has a homey feel to it, but is not clean. There is some filth in the bedsheets and the carpet is disgusting. The bathroom seems okay. The location is great if you need easy access to the airport or a place to stay after visiting Niagara Falls. However, the hotel's neighborhood is subpar.

Not a place to stay with family. I was impressed when receptionist gave me a non smoking room instead of smoking room per my booking. but nothing went right thereafter. I asked if I have a microwave in the room she said yes which was not there. when I asked if I can get one she said all rooms are booked so cant have one. when we went out in the morning to Niagara & came back in night expecting clean room and new towels but for our misery it was not cleaned. When I asked the lady at the reception she told yes they do housekeeping daily which means she is not aware of Hotel rooms amenities (Microwave) as well as housekeeping. I asked for at least new towels and gave me one saying she will give additional three in 10-15 minutes. We never received it till we checkout of the hotel. I will not suggest this to anyone even if you they offer you free of cost.

Booked a room for my daughter who was flying out of ROC at 4AM. I called to make sure she would be able to check in since she is a few months shy of 21. Typically if the hotel has a 21+ policy then I just ask the manager if I can send a note with her. She is on a travel swim team and has checked in in this way a number of times before at other hotels. When I called hotel they told me 21+ was NY STATE LAW. I checked and it is NOT so I called back and they said it was just policy so I told them how we have handled that with other hotels but they said no. So not only would we not be able to use the booking but my daughter would have no place to stay before her flight for her study abroad trip. The hotel did allow me to cancel the booking which I appreciated.

We used this location for a room block for our wedding. The only reason we even used this hotel is because it literally shares a parking lot with our reception venue which for a New Year’s Eve wedding seemed like the safest option for our guests. We started trying to book the room block in April and didn't have a confirmed and signed contract until the end of October. The hotel had changed names during this process.
After the hotel had switched names (same owner and manager from before) it took multiple calls and in person trips just to get a copy of the contract. It also took multiple calls and in person trips to get the final version on the contract settled. The first version of the contract still had the former hotel brand’s information on it. Not to mention a simple online search for hotel rates would show that they charged us more for our room block than some of the 3rd party sites were charging for the same rooms on the same days.
The GM appears to work part time and is very unresponsive to emails and phone messages. Some of the staff, although friendly, is poorly trained. One of my wedding guests had to explain what a room block was while trying to book their room!
The entire hotel smelled of marijuana during our multiple day stay. The first night we had to switch rooms because bed bugs were found in both beds in the room (Room 302). The next room they gave us was the room adjacent to the room with the bed bugs, as if they couldn't crawl under a door. However, the new room did not have bugs nor did the other rooms our family members were staying in. The next day we got a call about when we would be out of the room so they could have an exterminator come to the room. They didn't even call us about the correct room number. They called about room 307 which was being used by a different family member. We never did see evidence or receive confirmation that a pest control company came out.
The next issue was they advertised continental breakfast. Only to find out by a sign taped to the wall (folded up and backwards) that breakfast is now only served on weekends. Come Saturday morning there was no breakfast at the designated start time. The Manager stated that the breakfast staff person did not come in for their shift. After some strong arming, the family member looking for breakfast convinced the Manager that he either needed to find someone or to set it up himself.
The Manager of this establishment is purely clueless. As a Manager in the Hospitality Industry myself, I could not believe how much we had to seemingly pull him through his own job. This place just does not care about their guests or the experience they provide.

I was part of a tour from Boston to Niagara falls and I stayed at the radiance hotel. At around 1:30am there was yelling and breaking glass in the hallway. I was staying on level 2. The noise continued for the rest of the morning and the people who were yelling were swearing and fighting with each other. The women dressed like prostitutes and at one point someone wash slammed against my door. I did not get much sleep. The breakfast was disgusting. I hope no one stays here. Don't stay here if you have children, or if you want a safe place to stay because this is not it. I feel like I was bitten by bed bugs, disgusting.
