This place is GREAT. The people who run it really care about the campers - they go out of their way to make your camping experience a good one. They've put a LOT of work into the place, and are continually working to make it better. Can't wait to go back!!

Our experience was amazing. The family that runs it are so kind. When you order food they deliver it to your site, they have fun activities on the weekends for families. Ours was carnival weekend! Breakfast on the weekends was delicious, letchworth is less than 10 min away, stores are not too far away which is great for last min items or needing to grab dinner. We will def be returning next summer!

one of the best campgrounds I have ever been maybe the best. . very polite. dry camp wood, clean, would be a great place to take kids. they have a lot of activities for small kids. my hats off to the owners and their kids. they never stopped working all week trying to keep everybody happy. I am sure I will be back.

We just came home from the Ridge campground. We stayed for 5 nights. There were a lot of activities for children and adults. The pool was clean and so were the grounds. There is a beautiful view. The owners and their children are hardworking, friendly, and helpful. They even helped us find someone to replace our wind damaged awning. We go to many campgrounds and give the Ridge a thumbs up. We will definitely camp there again.

Well as I read some of these reviews I am shocked. We just came back yesterday from a 4 day stay. Does the campground need some attention yes maybe a little but the owners are working on that. They are working on s new playground for the kids which is awesome. We were greeted by the owners daughter who was very professional and then the owner took us right to our site gave us the option of pulling in or backing in as we were near the pond. Then we bought wood and the son delivered it and stayed and talked with us. As we were leaving the owner made sure he came over to talk to us about our stay. I think the family is doing s great job people need to give them time. Not only does things take time to do but also money. I say thank you to the ridge we had a nice stay and will be back

My boyfriend and I had an incredible experience at The Ridge Campground on the weekend of 10/15. We reserved a rustic tent campsite (no water/electricity) and it was wonderful. It were in a secluded area at the back of the campground with a lot of privacy. It's not like other campground I'v been to where you can see and hear your neighbors and your campsites are relatively close together. This one you really feel like you're in the woods, it was great. The facilities are clean and the campground was well taken cared of.
The management was so friendly and helpful. They greet you with a big smile and really go out of their way to make your stay there a positive experience. We needed firewood at the campsite but wasn't sure if we would make it back before the store closes. I called the management and asked if they could leave a stack of firewood outside their store and I'll pay them back the next morning. What ended up happening was that we did get back to the camp in time only to find that management has DELIVERED the firewood to our campsite. It was So nice. I had a wonderful stay there and I would definitely go back again. :)response / report this review -

The campground is quiet, the restrooms very clean and the staff couldn't be more pleasant or accommodating. Reasonable cost. There is a great view and it has a good location close to major routes leading to Rochester and Buffalo.

Family friendly campground with plenty to do (see picture). They hosted prize drawings, outside movie, wagon rides, and other fun events to get the whole campground together during our stay.

Great place! Great owners! We had tents on two adjoining sites in between a couple of RVs that had really cute older couples who have been here for years. They were really friendly! My family, my sister's family, and my parents got together for the weekend and the 3 kids loved it and so did the adults! The sites are huge and there are lots of open fields for the kids to play. The pool is great for adults and kids, the water-war Saturday between the owners and campers was so much fun, and we really enjoyed relaxing at our site. Bathrooms were clean, pool was clean, sites had nice shade, and when you buy wood--they deliver it to your site! The owners escort you out to your sites on little golf carts and they drive around occasionally to check on things. This was our first time here and all of us want to come back here for our family get-together next year.

WARNING! The management of this campground will "promise you the moon" (their own words) to manipulate you to comply with what they want, but have no intention of honoring their promises. They are not truthful. I would not recommend entering into a contract with them.
