My experience with Radiance Home Health has been an amazing one. Any of the employees I have come across, especially the nurses, have really been a pleasure to deal with. They really do care about these patients and it shows in the way they take care of them. I would definitely recommend them!

I worked in Radiance company for 2 year now the management are kind and humble and very loving people am still working with the company my patients says they feel safe and secure when am around. I work above and beyond following my job description. I also help out with community events. I make sure my patients are satisfied and I check with supervisor before if I have to do anything extra for the patient. We have been trained to follow patient plan of care my patients are happy and satisfied. Radiance company had a tender loving hands for our patients . I would recommend to come to Radiance if you are looking for care for your loved ones or friends. We work as a team and we are supported by our supervisor. We always reach out our supervisors anytime we need them. I love working@ Radiance

I have been working with Radiance Home Health Care for two years, we worked together as a team and this company is Patient centered. We have a patient that was frequently going to the hospital, and we have been able to prevent her from rehospitalization. The people in the administration are considerate of their employees especially when it come to time off request. I enjoyed working with Radiance and enjoyed working with my patients.

I’m a former employee that’s why I’m not using my real name. Also, I’ve left jobs before and I have never written a review about it, but this time I have to for the sake of patients and the sake of future applicants. Radiance health home care is an awful place to work. This company is all about money, patients don’t matter, and employees don’t matter either. The manager/ owner Susan miruri has the most nasty personality. Treat her employees like garbage and don’t pay them on time. You would think that for a lpn she would have better people skills, but no. Please don’t waste your time working here, and if you are considering Radiance health home services for your family don’t do it !!!! I guarantee you they won’t get the service they deserve!
