  Wouldn't go anywhere else for my motorcycle needs. Whether it b service or buying parts and accessories. Awesome staff.

  Bought a great Arctic Cat Alterra 600 ATV with 50" plow attachment and staff was both knowledgeable and easy to work with. I added the compound bow rack and storage in back myself. 🤘

  $460 for frame sliders! I heard the parts department person tell the sales person that’s what she’s going to pay in a cynical tone. Nothing about this purchase felt right. I wouldn’t recommend doing business here.

  Bought KLX 230 from them last June 2021. At the time sales said bring in after 600 miles for free check up and first oil change is free. Call today and they were abrupt saying that's all on the owner. Sorry,,, maybe their policy has changed, that is what I was told. Also when I bought the bike I bought a lowering kit because the bike was to high for my legs. What they did not adjust was the head light and the first time I rode the bike in the dark the beams were in the trees. They did fix that for free.

  Got some new tires put on at @ GT Toyz in Clifton Park.
  
  Made an appointment 4 days ahead of time to have 2 tires replaced on my Kawasaki. 2hrs into the service appoiment ,was told “ fedex hasn’t showed up with the front tire yet”… Thanks for letting me sit around for 2 hrs before telling me. Anyway, had my wife come pick me up and told them I’d pick the bike up today (first day off work) Service Manager apologized and said he would discount the labor rate for my trouble.. Things happen so I understand not having parts to do the job, but it’s the most common tire size and I booked 4 days ahead of time.
  
  Picked up the bike today, to a soaking wet seat, rusted sprocket and chain and my tank bag water-logged. The shop apperantly left my bike outside over a rained filled weekend!! 😩
  
  When I went to pay, was notified there would be a $17 service charge for paying with a credit card. Ouch.
  
  The manger did however keep his word and discounted the labor charge.. He discounted it by a whopping $4.95 🤣🤣
  
  I guess I got off relatively lucky, I couldn’t imagine having this shop doing any important or major service on my bike. Live and learn, and boy did I learn.
  
  I don’t recommend bringing your bike or other vehicle for service here. They didn’t treat my motorcycle very well and charged me a premium price for Less than premium “service” #gttoyz
