  These folks are wonderful! My iPhone11 needed a new battery, and I really didn’t want to pay Genius Bar prices. We’d bought a replacement battery online, but couldn’t get the phone open without completely ruining it (we don’t know enough to get it open, but we do know enough to know when to stop). I was able to make an appointment online, and when my husband brought it in, iColor let him watch the replacement, which I thought was above and beyond. The repair took about 10 minutes. There’s a one year warranty, and I honestly can’t believe how long the charge lasts now. Either it had gotten really, really degraded, or this battery is just plain better. Maybe both. It also charges much faster than it did! I’m very happy, and will take all of our phones and tablets here if we need repairs in the future.

  Called, walked in & explained what was going on with the IPhone & within 45 minutes the phone was repaired on the same day! I didn’t have to leave the phone & wait for parts. Now this to me is service & excellence! The price was very reasonable as well & the tech was very pleasant. I truly recommend going here! This will be my go to for ALL my devices for sure!   We use iColor for all of our electronic needs. Their team is always professional and gets our issue resolved quickly at a reasonable price. Can't recommend them enough. They take the stress away of getting our devices fixed.

  Literally the fastest and most reliable electronics service business I have ever dealt with. As a first time customer I dropped off my laptop assuming I would be given the usual "unfixable" or ridiculous repair fee, but I actually experienced a reasonable and legitimate quote. The work was done almost immediately. Service technicians were a pleasure to deal with and highly professional. Pricing is unbeatable.
  
  Five stars for these guys (and the incredibly honest owner). iColor will be the only place I deal with in the future.

  I’ve broken my phone screen several times in the past and this was by far the quickest and easiest repair process. Made a same day appointment online and dropped it off, picked up lunch, and picked it up 30 minutes later. It was quick and easy. The man working there was also very kind. I would recommend icolor to anyone in need of a screen repair. Their pricing was also transparent.
