After recently having a terrible experience with another RV dealership, it was a nice change of pace to have decent prices and a staff that actually seems to care about their customers and their reputation. Our salesman Mike has been a pleasure to deal with and has been in contact with us every step of this process, even on his days off, which he didn't have to do. Ivan went out of his way to work with us on our sale and we are very grateful for the top-notch customer service at the RV swap shop. It is rare to find a place that works so hard to please their customers, even if it means that they have to put in more work to get it done. I will happily come back here for my next camper/RV purchase. Thank you guys for such a wonderful buying experience!

Really nice folks. So far they have done everything they promised. Nice selection and the sales people listen to what you tell them and not waste your time.

I purchased my first R.V. here 4 years ago. Went back 3/20/17 and the prices of used units were far more than new units at camping world. Its to bad because I had a great experience at there. Still will have repairs done there if need be in the years to come. Good people just can't spend $55,000 on a 2011 unit

They damaged our rig, refused to correct it, and then told us we could pay more $$$ and they would repair the damage that they caused, what terrible business practice! They may be near The Villages, but I will go the distance and pay more for better and honest service.

Good prices and willing to haggle for sure. Better than the competition but not always at their best. Worth a stop if you are in the market, plus they will find it if they don't have it.
