I shopped Kane’s for my furniture. My sales person was Diana Knaus. She was professional and very knowledgeable about her furniture. She was delightful to work with. The delivery came on time and the furniture was well packed and I had no problems. I love my new furniture. The delivery men were very neat and nice. I would buy from Diana again and Kane’s.

Good prices, sometimes better than American Freight That being said, some of their furniture is the exact same ptoduct/manufacturer as American Freight. Kane's does not have any items in stock on site, where as American Freight does, and will match Kane's prices (if Kane's was lower on the exact same product) Kane's is worth a stop, if not for anything other than to comparison shop!

I have very fair and enjoyable time with salesman: Don Johnson. Even received a thank you inTHE MAIL! And we really like the furniture and lighting we got there. Very reasonable. And classy. Wish I could get bedspread from them. Merry Christmas!

I hesitate to even give them the one star b/c they don't even deserve that. I bought two armoires a few months ago from them - both had such major quality issues that they replaced both - twice. I figured I'd give them a pass when I needed a new desk and two new bistro tables - not only were they hours outside of their delivery window but then the desk was completely broken and the tables were the wrong ones. I called to speak to a manager who could care less about my business and proceeded to tell me it was fine with him if I requested a refund. Clearly Kane's isn't in the business with wanting to keep customers. Shop at your own risk!

My Sales Agent, Christina Dejesus is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Every time I go to Kanes, I ask for Christina, even if I'm there browsing, because I know she will assist me and guide me with the best purchase for me. I'm expecting my next purchase to be delivered tomorrow.

our furniture we have had a couple weeks has holes and scratches after 3 cocktail table exchanges and 2 visits by a repair technician we found more holes, requested to return furniture for a refund they refused saying it isn't store policyawful. Just want our money back to get furniture somewhere else. I shouldn't have to wait 90 days for replacement parts and be stuck with furniture that has holes in it. Not a happy customer at all. Hoping the BBB can help resolve this and get our money back!!!

We just purchased furniture from Kanes and Don Johnson was very helpful and patient as we picked out furniture for our little vacation cottage we just purchased in Ocala. I was in Arkansas and my husband was in Ocala sending pictures to me for approval, so it took a little time to make final decisions. We were also very pleased with the delivery crew - they worked for nearly three hours setting everything up for us. We are enjoying our new furniture!

My parents were in the market for a new recliner and we began our search in The Villages and Orlando before discovering Kane's in Ocala. Kane's has a wonderful selection of contemporary, stylish, comfy furniture that we didn't see anywhere else. Plus the best prices. Furniture shopping can be exhausting but Adam, Oscar and the entire team made it a pleasant, smooth experience for us. We will definitely be visiting Kane's in Ocala first the next time we shop for furniture.

I have nothing but great things to say about Kane's Furniture. The sales representative that helped me was so kind. She gave me space to look around without hovering and when I made my decision she helped me find the best deal possible. I was approved and purchased my furniture in such a timely manner. When my furniture was ready for pick up I was greeted at the 'pick up' area within minutes. All my furniture was checked before it was loaded. They made sure I looked at every inch of it before I left. Kane's is a wonderful business and I look forward to buying more furniture from them in the future!

Being new to Florida I had to search the internet to review local furniture stores. I visited three and Kane's had everything I needed. I spent 4 hours with a very patient salesman and ordered almost everything I needed. Then I went back two weeks later to finish. I furnished my entire new home and I am delighted with everything. The store was laid out to help you with ideas, the staff was very warm, the deliveries were on time and the men were very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
