Not pleased with their workmanship at all. Hired them to install new light in my kitchen and replace new stove vent (hood). First day half the hood came down from the attachment. Called them back, the owner came and repaired but a few hours after he left I noticed my cabinet was broken from the screw. So now I have a bulging broken cabin. After two times I’m not about to have them back. It’s not like they’d give me my money back. Nice people but shoddy work. And AFTER what the owner wrote below did they OFFER ME ANY COMPENSATION FOR MY BROKEN CABINET OR A REFUND? NOPE.

I was referred to RSB from a friend, Reno came on time did his job. Labor was reasonable I think not sure ($75 an hour and $25 service fee on top of that), materials were really expensive (just bulbs charged me double the price). One of the fixtures were flickering I thought he was changing bulbs to check it, at the end he left the bulbs in the fixture not sure if it's new or old and charged me $7/bulb, didn't even bother asking me that If he can replace old bulbs with those "expensive" bulbs . I think in business you need to be reasonable along with being professional. I would not be calling them anytime soon.

Very helpful. Gave me a few ideas over the phone to try to correct the problem but I needed them to come out anyway. They came over quickly, identified and fixed what needed fixing at a fair price. I would definitely recommend and will use this company again for any electrical needs.

I called RSB Electrical this morning at 8am, Reno arrived at 11 am quickly figured out the wiring problem with a outdoor light.Gave me an exceptional price,very friendly and knowledgeable! would recommend this company to family,friends and neighbors!!!!

RSB was amazing to work with, they called 30 minutes ahead of time to make sure someone was home. Robert was our technician and he was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Gave me great advice for living in the area since we are new to the state, and could answer questions I had about what outside lighting would work. Thank you for the prompt and great service! 10/10 would recommend!!

So my friend has an air bnb in the Arcadia area and just had a new guest come stay when the bathroom lights stopped working. She was freaking out so I told her to call my electrician but he was not available today so we took to the old Google. RSB got a call and Reno answered. Answered her questions and said he would have a guy right out.

He met us at the condo right on time. Turns out it was just the breaker and he explained what might have cause it. Service call was $80 but they were on time and professional. This problem was solved within one hour of calling them and we were grateful.

Simply put, they run a marvelous electrician service in Mesa. Talented, capable, and courteous. Reno is the best.

I called them because we were having a lot of issues with out outdoor lighting and a finicky bathroom outlet. Reno answered right away and we schedule a service call.
They were on time and hassle free. Took care of everything and were in and out for half of what we expected to pay. They just seem like really good people and now I can use my hairdryer in the bathroom like a normal person. I cannot recommend them more.

I thought I has a simple problem with two of my outlets; but I am never that lucky. I talked to Reno and immediately liked this guy. He got right to helping me troubleshoot the problem and pointed out a few problems it could be and gave me some ranges.

I had them come out and they showed me what was some really bad wiring that was not to code. He gave me a fair price and they got to work right away. It ended up being a bigger job than expected because of some unforseen wall issues. It was clear they had a ton of experience and the right tools. Ill tell you though, they guys were hussling(Probably had other jobs that day).

In my time I have had chances to hire an electrician and this is an outfit that is a cut above.

I have another electrical project in my garage that needs a few more outlets so I will be calling them back soon.

RSB is awesome. I was having really strange issues with my air conditioning unit. As anyone would I called an HVAC company first. They came out and after an hour of stomping around making a bunch of noise they told me it was an issue with voltage. What?! That sounded like B.S. to me but I thought I would give it the sniff test.

I called and spoke to Reno. I have to say, this guys knows his stuff. I explained what the AC guy told me and he started asking questions to figure out more about the home. 10 minutes later he broke down 3 or 4 scenarios that could be the problem and a ballpark quote for each of them. I scheduled the time for the next day. The tech was on time and got to the root of the problem right away. Impressive start to finish.

I called RSB late in the day and asked a few questions about a project I am working on. Robert answered the phone and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and gave me some ideas on what I should think about.

He quoted me a reasonable price and was not pushy. I was really impressed with the whole call. I would highly recommend giving these guys a call if you need any help.
