Home Heating & Cooling responded immediately to my call saying we'd lost our heat, and came over within an hour and half to both investigate and perform the repair in the same trip. They did a great job laying out our options, and per request they did an excellent job of installing a new furnace motor, which has been running smoothly ever since. I am very grateful, and we will definitely be utilizing their services again!

I highly recommend Home Heating and Cooling. My furnace went out on a Sunday and it was also Valentine's Day. The temperature was 0 degrees at the time and I never thought I would get anyone to come over to try to repair my furnace. I called their phone number and their voice mail said someone would return my call within an hour. Five minutes later someone called me and 30 minutes later they came to my house to try to repair my furnace. Because my furnace was 24 years old, the part that went out was very expensive and it wasn't feasible to fix. They gave me 4 space heaters to get through the day and night, and the next morning they installed a new furnace. They were very reasonable too. I am also getting a new air conditioner in the spring and they gave me a $600 discount. They were very professional and friendly. I will always go to them in the future.

I hired this company to install a new ac and furnace in my home and couldn't be more pleased. They have great pricing and really do an amazing job. He went way above and beyond for me multiple times on this project which shows me that he really cares about his customers and he takes great pride in his work. Our furnace went out Thursday night on Dec 29. We contacted home heating on Friday Dec 30, while they first thought that they wouldn't be able to find a furnace our size, they came out right away, assessed the situation and found a furnace and installed it, same day! What great service. Plus the cost was very fair, no extra charges for fast service, or Holiday rates! PLUS they are super nice people. I highly recommend them, they are very knowledgable and very helpful.

I had a different HVAC company come and fix my leaking unit (water) that ruined my floor. After being told what the issue was and that it had been fixed, I replaced my floor. Unfortunately the problem was never really fixed and my new floor was ruined. I looked for a new HVAC company and called HOME Heating and Cooling. They came and took the time time to find the real issue which end up being a melted catch pan for the condensation (where the leaking water came from) and the heat exchangers had been burned through due to a poor install by the previous home owner. My family and I are lucky we didn't die from carbon monoxide poisoning. HOME is the only HVAC company I will use and the only one I recommend to friends and family.

I called today and described my problem, and since it was a simple fix, the guy gave me the info I needed to fix it myself. They really do want to give you the service you need and not just charge you for the sake of making money. This place is going on my fridge for anything I need in the future for my AC or furnace when winter rolls around and like clockwork breaks on the coldest day of the year. Extremely pleased with this place.
