Great company! Came to my aid in an emergency situation, my toilet tank broke when I slipped and against it. Water everywhere.! Same day service & very aware of my situation, I'm handicapped. They also replaced the shut off valve for the main water supply. I will definitely refer them to others & use them again. Good company and friendly competent staff. Kudos Kwik Serve!!!

Lets be clear The home warranty company is NOT the problem! The problem is Kwik Serv Plumbing!!!!!!
Yes they fixed the leak. After turning the water back on it turns out there are 2 more leaks that they did not see. I did most of the work for them. They charged me 250.00 to do 15 minutes of work to cap the pipe. I am sure they doubled charged me and my home warranty company. Even their own technician said he couldn't believe they charged this much for the service. I wouldn't recommend them at all!!!! They are thieves!!!!

In this day we all know Time=$. Terrance was the technician that tried 2 different ways until he ultimately found the part needed to meet my requests. It would have been more profitable for the tech and his company to simply replace the faucet. Instead they found and ordered the part so I could keep my faucet. Very polite, professional young man. Highly impressed with his sincere actions to meet my concerns.

Great experience using Kwik Serv - they were able to come out same day and Mike was fantastic to work with. He walked through all possible options of what happened for the clog I had and what he thought it could be. He was able to get it all fixed and for a really reasonable price. very professional and I would definitely use them again if needed.

Andrew was very friendly and efficient. I watched him work and he answered all my questions thoroughly. It seemed a little pricey but excellent quality work was done timely. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future. Much better than another service I used that was always trying to up sell extra work.

Kwik Serve was dispatched to our house via Home Warranty of America. After one cancellation they showed up the next day with only a 20 minute notification - only because we called to reschedule ourselves (never got a call from them to setup the reschedule at all). We were told that they couldn't move forward until we paid a $120 toilet removal fee (which seemed high as other plumbers we have used in the past haven't even charged a fee). We ultimately approved the removal charge the tech told us that he was dispatched to another "emergency" job - this was within 5 minutes of our approval to move forward. We called the main office to let them know their tech left the job and reschedule and were told that they couldn't come for two more weeks and we might as well use another vendor; she then hung up on my husband. We are now several days into our plumbing issue and having to restart the entire process with a new company. Unbelievable. It was made very clear to us and HWA that they just did not want to do the job at all (the job to be done was jetting a blocked pipe due to grease build up - nothing out of the ordinary).

It's worth noting that this is our second bad experience with Kwik Serv. The first time was due to a problem with our water softener. When Kwik Serv arrived they barely looked at the water softener and told us we needed a whole new unit. We of course got a second opinion and Culligan was able to repair the unit within 5 minutes by unplugging it and re-plugging it in.

This is literally the worst customer service experience we have ever dealt with, not once, but twice now. I will NEVER consider Kwik Serv for another job and would strongly caution anyone to consider using them at all.

Another heating company informed me that I had cracks in the heat exchanger of my two furnaces. One was so bad that carbon monoxide could be leaking in my house. My home warranty company sent Kwik Serv. The technician said he found no crack in the furnace that was bad and the other furnace was just beginning to show a crack. He said I could continue to use my furnaces. The home warranty company sent Custom Climate as a second opinion (the third technician to look at my furnaces). The technician easily found cracks in both furnaces and replaced the heat exchangers. These heat exchanges were covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Two out of the three heating companies found the cracks, but not Kwik Serv. I do not trust Kwik Serv to provide the proper service.

This company came to my home to repair a leak and I notice there was still a leak. I called the warranty company who dispatched this company and they reassigned the claim for them to come back. They never called me I had to call them 3 times and then later got a text they would be out on August 29th 2017 needless to say they didn't show up or call to cancel. I spoke with Jerry who was very rude. I would think twice before using this company. They had to assign my claim to someone else. Do not trust this company. Hi Karen! Very fast and professional service. They came on a Sunday night to diagnose the problem with our water heater and we had a new one installed within two days. During insulation the guys were extra careful to make sure they do not damage our new floors and fresh paint.

While vacationing in FLorida I got a call from my house sitter that she was experiencing some plumbing issues at the house . I told her to call Kwik pluming and speak to Colin and see when they could come out. She gave them a call and let them know that I, the owner was not home and she was house sitting and had some major plumbing issues. She called me back not even 30 minutes to let me know , they came out to the hosuse , took care of the plumbing and she did not have to pay a enourmous bill. The technicians were very helpful and extremely professional and I did not have to shorten my trip and worry about my home. Thanks Colin for making my life and my home happy again.
