Good cinema.. One issue is that the theater I saw had only one way access to the seating.. could be a safety issue in an emergency. Recommend all theater seating should have two ways access. Otherwise all good.

No kiosk here to print out Fandango tickets. Apparently this place doesn't care if you wait nearly 30 minutes in line. No person at the ticket booth. Had to get tickets at concession stand. This, of course, made the lines extremely long. Get up to concession stand to learn this place is too focused on selling concessions to care about ticketing. We hand girl our confirmation number for our tickets to be printed. She says they do not participate in Fandango and the tickets we purchased online are already sold out. She gets a manager who tells us we cannot get a refund, only movie passes. WHAT MOVIE? We only want to see the one we came to. Never again will I visit this theater. EDIT: In reading a review from four months ago, a very similar issue happened here. Owner said, in response to that review four months ago, that they are in process of fixing an issue with Fandango. In four months? Apparently it is not a big concern for them.

Nice theater. I don't normally like Stadium Seating but the seats were very nice. Great presentation. Did not care for commercials in between the previews. Concessions overpriced by about $3.00 for a drink and popcorn compared to other theaters. Friendly staff.

We loved it this was our 1st time here. We would only go to one other movie theater but now this is the only place we will go from now on! The people are super nice & very helpful loved it!!

Love love love this place, I come here maybe twice a month - basically every time I'm seeing a new movie out. Love the wine, luxury recliners, and I'm posting a review to rave over the amazing new mural!! Used to be Carousel Cinemas, I've been coming here since I was a little girl and now it is my go to after having a quick bite at Burger Warfare. Love the renovations, super awesome service too!

I love this theater! It's so clean, the chairs are comfy, the concessions is very reasonably priced and the staff are so nice! They do tons of special screenings do check Facebook so you don't miss a good one.

I could appreciate the renovations and colors on the outside of the building and front entrance lobby, especially the eye catching chandeliers created with wine glasses. It would be nice if the each theater flowed with the color scheme of Red Cinemas such as adding new red chairs or red, black and gray, or red and black chairs, but not greenish/blue. I did love that one could add their own butter to your popcorn!

I loved your cinema. I had a great time - big stadium, wide variety of concession items, and clean environ. I even loved the TV's in the men's restroom. Thought it a very classy touch. We had lunch next door and found it to be a perfect combo. We hope to return soon.

The theater itself was fine. Good sound and nice seats. The staff, not so much. When we arrived, there was nobody in the ticket booth and no sign that indicated where to purchase tickets or redeem them. We had purchased tickets through Fandango and when we presented our confirmation # (per Fandango instructions) to an employee they said they couldn't accept it. The total indifference and lack of concern from the employee was quite evident. Although quite irritated, it was my birthday and the movie was a treat from my wife so we bought tickets in addition to the two we had already paid for through Fandango. I have already roasted Fandango through the BBB website, as we had to dispute the CC charge due to their horrible and inept CS.

If Red Cinemas will not accept or cannot process Fandango tickets and/or confirmation numbers supplied by Fandango, they should not be part of or participate on the Fandango website.

Ineptitude and indifference all the way around.

Thanks for making my Birthday less enjoyable Red Cinemas. :(

Luxury seat is awesome and fresh popped pop corn is a plus! The movie screen has stains on it which was distracting but will come back. I have a leg injury so the seating is why I will come back

The theater itself is beautiful and I love the selection of movies they have. Often the staff seems overwhelmed and like they could use some more training in customer service skills. They seem like they have a nice group of kids working there but they would probably benefit from having some stronger employees mixed in.

The seating is amazingly comfortable, but definitely not worth the $30 paid for two tickets Maybe the day prices are better, but I'm honestly not going back for that price.

I love this theater. It caters to smaller, more eclectic films. They serve wine and beer, coffee selections and, my favorite, different flavored popcorn. White Cheddar BBQ is my personal preference. The theaters are small but that makes for a better movie going experience. Some theaters even have those awesome reclining chairs!!
