Let me start with this, Integrity is key for any business. I bought a Van from R & M not even a month and a half ago put less than 3k miles on the vehicle. I asked if there were any known issues and the answer was no and that they had just driven it to Florida for spring break and everything worked perfectly. Seeing that it was a 2010 with around 60k miles I didn't see the need to check every little thing on the vehicle. So a week after purchasing I wanted to check out this dvd player and found that it did not work. So I called and asked if it worked for them and he said that it worked when he had it. My question is what happened that it would suddenly no longer work? I cut my losses on that, not a deal breaker. The change oil light popped on as well a few short days after purchasing the vehicle so I asked him when he last changed the oil and he said before their trip, so i just figured it was probably just time to change the oil and the light was signally just that. Now 2,500 miles in to owning the vehicle the change oil light popped up again and was thinking it is a touch early seems how it is full synthetic and I had the oil changed a week after we bought it. I had been noticing fresh oil stains on my driveway figuring it was a friends vehicle I ignored it until I noticed it was in fact our van. I just brought it to a mechanic that has worked on all of my vehicles for the past 8 years and he informed me that the head gasket was in need of replacing. When I confronted R & M and gave them an opportunity to make it right, they said they had knowledge of this issue. I'm no mechanic but I do have a brain and have been around vehicles enough to know that these types of issues do not happen overnight. So this review is of this company's integrity. I am a person who will rave about an excellent service but on the flip side I will also warn as many people I can about a company that will lie to make a sale, and not stand behind it when the lie surfaces.

Took my truck to R&M to have a tranny flush and filter change. Price was great. I also asked to have a small engine leak looked into, spoke with Mark from R&M about it and he recommended to keep an eye on the fluid level and that it wasn't crucial to fix immediately. I was expecting a huge "push" to get the leak fixed. I appreciate the honesty. If the leak gets worse, I will be bringing my truck back to R&M. Thanks.

R&M is a great family-owned business. I've gone to them for routine transmission service, as well as diagnosis, and they're always very knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommend!

I have a 96 ford f350 dually 7.3 diesel. I had transmission issues. Rm rebuilt both my transmition and rear differential , truck is running better than ever !!! The price was fantastic !!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you Mark for such great service ! Robert Warner
