We did our entire house with Custom Cupboards (previous name) when we were building our new home. I felt like they were a good value for the money and well built. HOWEVER, we had a few missing items and a few items that were damaged during building. Four months later and I am still waiting on those items. One wall cabinet was missing its shelves. The distributor in town notified Custom Cupboards of this. Two months later they finally said they found them or made new shelves. So the distributor came out to install them only to discover that they were the wrong size. Two months after that until we got the correct size shelves. I would not recommend them if you are on any sort of schedule.

Update: I'm dropping my rating now. We had a drawer front that was scratched during building. The first time they delivered a replacement, it was a door front, not a drawer. Two weeks ago, they finally delivered a new drawer front.which was scratched. So, we've lived in our house for five months now and I'm still waiting on correct, undamaged parts.

Horrible after sale support. I ordered over $10,000 in cabinets for my bathroom. 1/4 of them arrived damaged, and all were poorly packaged. The company is completely unresponsive to consumer inquiries. I'm dreading the day that something breaks and I actually need support.

The cabinets are decent quality, but no nicer than what you get from Home Depot. I feel like a complete sucker for paying so much, and the company's total disregard just adds insult to injury.
