We've had Lustercraft custom fabricate egress covers for our customers and they have always done a fantastic job. The units are so much safer for keeping children from falling in, than the usual rotting wood that is supposed to protect these areas. Window wells are also prone to clogging and retaining water over the years, which these products prevent. I highly recommend this company for the excellent products they make, and for skilled service personnel that take you from design to completion.

Salesman ordered two skylights even after our discussion was clearly over 1 skylight with 2 layers. Ended up costing Company over $2,000. Company refused to discount any monies. Will not do business with them again.
