Careless employees. Told me no appointment needed and then questioned why just showed up. Even worse, they fixed one problem and made another. When I called them about it, it was just "Oh, sorry." Still can't use bike. Wasted money.

It's nice to walk into a bike shop and have every employee working capable and willing to help you out. They're not there to sell water bottles, this is the place you go for high quality service or to pick out your dream bike.

Traveling from AZ. Needed a quick check of derailleur and help getting BB Hollowtech Pre-load part off and on so I could replace the front sprocket. Brian was awesome I was happy with the price since I didn't think it should cost as much as another LBS quoted.

Our favorite bike shop. My wife, our kids, and I think this place is the greatest. They represent all that's good about Marquette.

Solid shop with great employees. Took care of me with a mechanical at a race last year. Forever grateful! Nice selection and good labor at the shop.

I don't let anyone else work on my bikes. They carry solid brands and care more about service than making a sale. They offer rentals and demos. The guys all ride and know their stuff. Shop rides can get pretty sporty and leave from the parking lot Tuesdays at 6:30!
