This business is full of scammers and I advise anyone not to go here. The signs at the vacuum say one dollar for four minutes. This is completely false. I put in $1 two times and both times the vacuum went out at about two minutes. This is a scam. Also the machines are very iffy they won’t take your quarters half of the time, which is very annoying when you’re in a rush to get somewhere.
Go to prestige car wash in Watertown there vacuuming is free and their machines actually work
Update:
The owners response might be true but it just proves further what a rip off this place is.
Very nice, polite and thorough workers. I opted for the Mini-detail along with my Ultra car wash. Three very nice gentlemen cleaned my car great. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommend!
I would surely recommend the auto car wash. It save money and lot of time. Exterior is really good with the auto wash.
You have vacuum bay and you can do interiors too. There are many spots available. Full detail is done on appointment basis.
Good service from the owner. Any issues let him know and you get it sorted out.
I did the No-touch wash, because frankly, I couldn’t see any employees around to inquire about other services offered. The concept is great, that you pull up, pick a wash-type, and pay, but the results were terrible. I chose Basic, because I’ve seen little difference between the basic and Super options at my local car wash. But my car went in dirty, and came out dirty, with clumps of grass (courtesy of my landscaper) stuck to the sides, and a coating of dirt on the back passenger panel. Maybe the detailing services are better?
Wasn't sure how to get service as it was an open lot, but after I spoke to a customer waiting for his car, got direction on how to get on line for the automated car wash. It was nice and quick, but was not sure about drying the car with towels. Did not see anybody at the end, so I drove off. I think if they have service people to help direct and guide, it would make it a more impactful experience.
I was recommended to this place. Started of with $5 to use the self service bay. In the end it took me $12. I've used self service bays for 20years and I must say this is the most expensive self service car wash I've ever been to. For that price I could have gone through an automatic or full service wash! Also brush wash really frayed and took awhile for the soap to come out and the pressure wand didn't have a much pressure at all or very good spray coverage. Very disappointing! I would not recommend this place.
My car has soap streaks everytime I go through the automatic wash. The only way it works is if the guys are there to hand dry.
Best place to take your car if you like to clean it yourself. Everything actually works, and works well. I'm basically here 3 times a week haha
my dude sprayed tire shine on his whole car but at least it looked clean
Always love to do Ultra wash here and towel dry. Then you can do everything by yourself to clean interior. Or u can just do express mini detail.
Self service stalls are easy to use. The machines take cards and are easy to refill. Change machine next to the vacuums.
I've been here a few times and nothing's really changed. I usually use the Touchless wash and it's okay but the Dryers at this wash are the worst I've ever seen. And I think they do it purposely to get people to pay extra for a towel dry but I bring my own towel to fix everything the dryers don't get, which is basically everywhere but the roof of the car.
I bought the ultra wash the highest one but after wash i can still see dirt in the car. Don't waste your money there
