We called after lunch for an appointment & they offered a technician to come that same day. It turned out, he didn’t, but it was just a snafu in their communication. But they had a guy out there before 8 the next morning. We were very pleased.

I spaced out while trimming weeds and cut right through the thermostat wire. Premier came out and patched it up the next day, for a completely reasonable price. Technician was friendly and saved the day. Will call them again.

Service Technician arrived as scheduled. He introduced himself as Adam. Adam immediately verified the complaint. After the initial questions he gave me a 3 options to chose from. He was very thorough and explained the process so I understood exactly what I needed. I gave the go ahead to perform the work. He did exceptional work. He explained the gauge readings and checked the unit completely. Adam was professional and took care of the problem. Unit is working correctly and the air is colder than it has been in many years.
I need to mention that another company was called out to check the unit the same day that Premier was called. The Gentleman arrived and this is how the conversation proceeded:
He parked his van and stepped out. He spoke with me briefly and stated that he would no be able to service my unit. I asked why and he stated the unit was old and needed to be replaced. That was it. He opened his door and climbed into his van and drove away. He never looked at the unit. Strange to me. I will call Premier again. Definitely impressive work from Adam. I was planting a tree in my front yard and busted th water line. I Called their plumbing dept at 4:30pm on Good Friday. By 5pm, the pipe was already fixed and I'm back to planting my tree. Super nice guy that came and fixed it. Amazing service!

Very disappointed with this company and still not done with them. Three years ago we had to purchase two complete HVAC unit systems and we chose Premier then because of their reputation. In the past three years we have had their technicians come and "fix" items on the units after experiencing extreme heat or cold volumes in our home. Our electricty bill had remained outrageous for these years and finally two weeks ago, the units were not properly working. again. We called a different company to come and only evaluate the units. In writing- at the end of the day, the units Premier installed three years ago, costing over $10k, were actually installed incorrectly and have been functioning incorrectly for this duration!!! None of premier technicains realized that the wiring components were installed incorrectly along with many other items!!! Two weeks ago we immediately called Premier and their tech came and also acknowledged the incorrect installation and changed the wiring. The units are still not working properly and we have made requests and sent notifications without ANY response. Found out through Premiers emplpyees that the SIX installers that installed our units three years ago were terminated from Premier not long after our installation!!! Still- no response from Premier! We MIGHT consider leaving a new review once we hear back from Premier regardless if its voluntarily or involuntarily! We are not done.

The service technician Charlie who was assigned our job was such a professional. He analyzed what needed to be done, explained the process, and successfully completed the job. His customer service skills were excellent.

We have had the worst experience with this company. We will never use Premier again. They will send two men out and you get charged a service charge for both of them. They changed one cracked metal pipe with pvc pipe. OUR BILL WAS $400!!!! When we called about it, they said that was their contract. Please save yourself some money!! Always call Hicks Plumbing for all you plumbing needs. They are the only one we will ever use.

We Love Premier Service Company here at Moore Eye Clinic! Chance did a great job of arriving quickly when we had a broken faucet. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had the office order the uncommon parts we needed ASAP. When he came back to put on the parts soon after, he was quick and professional. We haven't had any problems since. Thank you so much for always fixing us up, Premier!

This is a disreputable company. The positive reviews here are likely salted from friends and family. They have incompetent technicians and overcharge. They also will lie to your face—especially Dan Herren. Spread the word that this company is corrupt and please stay away.

Woke up to a non working furnace. Not good. Thanks to great service it is running and nothing wrong with furnace. I had blocked the air vent do it got hot!! Irony is I just cleared a ton of clutter from attic and closets. Thanks Tyler for coming to my rescue!! Premier Service rocks!!

I was living in Tuscaloosa at the time the tornado hit, in which it did damage to our house and the surrounding cedar crest area. I used this company on a whim and thought they would do a quality job. Well they came by inspected our water heater and told us there was air in the line which was making our pilot light go out (which we already knew). They left and charged us $135 and did ZERO work. If you're smart, make sure you dont use them as they one of the most unethical companies in their business practices as they were basically trying to profit off a natural disaster and the misfortune of others
