These guys are great. Everyone is very friendly without being pushy and the staff are knowledgable about the products or they will find another staff member who is. Support local business and go to Quest Outdoors, their customer service is top notch!
My favorite outdoor shop in the area! Quest Outdoors is my top choice for buying any kind of gear when I go backpacking, caving, rock climbing, and kayaking. They also have a wide range of everyday apparel as well. Wish I could purchase everything in this store!
They have some of the best deals on new outdoor wear anywhere. Everyone has always been extremely friendly and helpful.
They have most of the best brands, and just about everything you could need for camping, hiking, and fly fishing. The staff is very helpful. They put on a lot of cool events, lectures, demos, etc. The one complaint is that their prices can be a little high (most things are priced at MSRP), but if you look for sales you can get a good deal.
great selection of patagonia brand and other brands. they do sell yeti cups and there is a fishing department. upstairs and downstairs pretty nice and helpful employees.
Incredible experience here! Coffee shop in the store with a super friendly barista. Great selection of outdoor stuff. The guys at the register (Mike) were helpful and hospitable. Definitely worth the stop in. Everyone was friendly.
Great shop great staff. Support your local shop. The coffee shop is pretty cool as well.
Visited the Shelbyville location today to purchase a gift. Walked into the store took several minutes to locate a salesperson. Was directed by this person where the merchandise was, found another salesperson to help me. Although, there were no other customers around he was not interested in helping and answering my questions. He showed me the labels and left me. On the way to pay I picked up several other small items to purchase. At the cash register the guy was preoccupied talking to another worker going as far as calling me "sir". Is this home town service from a local store? I go out of my way to support local stores, but I don't know if this customer service was worth keeping it local. There are many other choices
Good retail side selection. Friendly service and also prices are high but that's outdoors stuff. Shoes too pricey
Do you know that this place also have a local coffee shop inside?! Service was great and the coffee was amazing!
Quills has delicious coffee and Quest's basecamp features it well. I enjoy everything about getting coffee here unfortunately my man Jeff is a little tardy when it comes to service however great nevertheless.
I wasn't sure what to expect taking my son who is in a wheelchair to a sporting goods store, but was pleasantly surprised by the enthusiasm and assistance at the store. After talking to the owner, I think his name is Ryan, we were quite at ease making selections of clothing that Chris loves. Thanks to the staff, you guys are awesome!
I was frustrated when I moved to Louisville a few years back only one outdoor outfitter store? But then I visited for the first time. Wow! Great selection in everything from rock climbing gear to personal watercraft to backpacks and gear to jackets and clothing. And now they have coffee too! Epic. The new location is so much bigger. The staff is always courteous and glad to help. The prices are competitive, about what you'd pay online or at REI or another such place. And now they have a rewards program too. Overall a great place to shop and my first stop for anything outdoors!!!
A locally owned business with friendly service. They offer mid to high end level outdoor gear. Everything I've bought from there has always lasted, so the quality is worth the price. They have a great selection of active wear - for on & off the hiking trail.
