After reading some bad reviews about the wait time, I wanted to make sure to leave my review since my wait time was only 10 minutes! My advice to the other 30 people waiting "in front of me" is to "make an appointment!" how hard can that be??

Had to piss for the coast guard. Walked in, lots of people in the lobby,s told 20 minutes and that's all it took. Very professional, good experience

Had to go to the one on baldwin to give some tubes of blood, I was super nervous, due to having a history of tipping (passing out). Took only 10 minutes to get called back, they moved me to the bed within seconds, the nurse was super reassuring and very sweet, wish I caught her name, glasses and blonde hair.. she was very kind. Took one poke and I didn't even feel it! She convorsated with me the whole time, and it was over in 5 minutes. Afterward, She offered me a water, and I was all done! Took literally 15 minutes.

No one ever picks their phone up. Service is unprofessional and childish. Always super slow even if there are only two people in the waiting room. The people there need to be fired and they need to hire more friendly and professional staff. Don't know why any one would work there and act that miserable.

The employees are great and friendly. They are always busy in the morning and have had to wait up to 2 hours for a fasting blood test without an appointment. Very difficult to get a 7am appointment in the same month!

WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER. Go anyplace else but here. they are very understaffed and even with an appointment you will wait 30 minutes. with no appointment you will wait 1 to 2 hours. The women that work there are very rude and they have no consideration for anyone but themselves. It's just horrible.

Don't have insurance? NEVER GO HERE. GO TO FLORIDA MEDICAL LAB ON 23rd. So much cheaper. Quest quoted me $381. FL MEDICAL LAB total = $91. Would rate less than 1 star. Place was FLOODED with people too.

One of the worst patient experiences ever. Any of their other locations are much better. They are slow and cold. You sign in wait for 30 minutes then get called for them to take a piece of paper that they could've taken when you first signed in. Then you wait for another 30 minutes for them to call you in for a sample. So really the first thirty minute queue was simply to print a label!!! don't come here. Save yourself an hour.
