Waited nearly 2 hours in the waiting room with my 4 year old and then another hour in the exam room before seeing a doctor . The doctor said her ear was pretty red but didn't think she needed anything for an ear infection. He then prescribed her flu medicine in pill form. For a 4 year old. This was two days ago and now my daughter is at the pediatrics ER at 3 in the morning with an ear infection. Oh and the hospital wait time was significantly shorter. Save yourself the trouble and go to another place. I only gave them 2 stars because the staff was polite.
They probably can provide decent service. as long as you come in more than an hour before they close. They won’t see you if you come in an hour before closing though.
Horrible customer service! I have been there twice within the last month and turned away both times! Both times, I was there 3 hours before they closed. They said they weren't taking anymore patients because the provider was full and asked them not to take any more patients. There were nobody in the lobby and I know there's about 3 rooms in the back. This is completely unacceptable. Sounds to me lie they are in the wrong profession if their main focus is getting out exactly at cloaing time, rather than patient care!!! If you advertise yourself as an urgent care with a specific closing time, then you should take patients up until at least 30 minutes until close. 3 hours is a bit much and if a provider takes that long with his patients he clearly needs some.educating on how an urgent care works as he probably belongs in a family practice setting .
First visit 11-17. Parking had safe entry from a stop light and plenty of clean places. I had 4 other customers ahead of myself but only waited around 10 minutes (long enough to fill out paper work). Lobby was very clean with ample seating including water and a TV. Staff was very friendly including responsive e-mail inquires prior to visit. Prices where fair for cash customers although the overhead must be higher in comparison to other clinics and physician offices near. I couldn't find anything offset my score or room for improvement aside ditching the odd spa next door. Still deserves a five/five from my experience.
They suck! My husband went there for a foot injury - they checked him out put him antibiotics and told him to call if any changed. Well, his legs started to develop charlie horses - called - they said it was from the medication and to stop taking it - had enough in his system by now as it was extremely strong and he was taking 3 a day. But again call if things didn't get better. The charlies horses got better but the injury site got more tender. Called -- they told me to have him come inwhen he got there some B*&^%$ at the desk in a very rude manner told him they do not treat those injuries!! What ?!! Tried calling for the next three days to get an explanation but lo and behold -- voice mail every time -- even if I got a nurse - she sent me to voice mail ! I even heard them laughing in the background about it one time when she thought she had already pushed the hold button. Jeff Villars, PA is awesome..I don't think he knows who he is working with. It is a shame but they are going to ruin his name!! Don't go there unless you are sure you won't have to go back!!
If I could give less than 1 start I would. The PA was extremely rude upon entering the exam room immediately accusing me of neglect because I used the word "abscess" for my 5 year olds gum issue. I help my children brush their teeth regularly, they have never had a cavity, they visit the dentist every 6 months for check ups. I do not neglect my children at all. This was a jerk reaction to a word she saw in the chart without talking to me or looking at my child. As it turned out she had an irritation due to her first loose baby teeth and she needed an antibiotic, which is why I took her to the doctor.
Excellent docs here, if you can stand the wait.
Appointments mean nothing. Everyone is seen in order they check in.
Expect to wait a long while during cold and flu season. Bring precautions to help prevent catching what other patients are being seen for.
We saw a nurse practitioner earlier in 2017 who was very sweet to my kids and very knowledgeable. Today we saw PA Jeff who was great. He took his time with my daughter and thoroughly examined and explained everything. We did have to wait a while and usually do, but they take their time and listen to your concerns. They have a strict policy of taking no one in 1 hour before closing, if they did it for one they'd have to do it for everyone, it's the office policy. I highly recommend them, they have been excellent with both myself and my kids!
My husband and I were very sorry to see such bad reviews as we have been here and always received great care. This past week my husband went with respiratory issues. They were able to get his chest loosened up before he left and give him the meds needed to keep his asthma (we didn't know it was asthma) under control! We love them from the front desk to the patient room! Best walk in available! Wait times can vary but should be expected when so many are coming for the exceptional care!
I had an embarassing condition but the staff was professional and put me at ease. I was seen relatively quickly for a walk in clinic. I will recommend to friends and family.
My wife has been waiting for a determination from a test conducted, this was coordinated through their office. We were told it would take 3 business days to find out the results. My wife went in person to their office 5 business days later and they told her that they had not received an update.
I called them at the 7 business day mark and was put in contact with the "Office Manager" She told me that they had not received an update, and that they could call and check up on it, I asked if that occurred after my wife was there the week prior and that's when she became very un-professional. Lets just say that her professionalism mirrors the poor ratings reflected here. When your led by poor managers that sets the standard for the rest of the office, and this is a prime example
They have no sympathy for patients waiting on potential life changing results and you will not be treated with any sort of professionalism.
I'm still trying to find out who the "Office Manager" works for (She told me the Dr, but of course he doesn't take calls).
My daughter got home from work sick and has double ear pain so I took her to this location at 4:06 and they close at 5. They refused to see her because she had never been there and the receptionist was rude and dismissive. Office staff must be a reflection of the talent so maybe we are better off. No one else is open locally and she wouldn't suggest anything after saying the word tomorrow over and over. Did I mention that it was 4:06 and they close at 5?
I didn't go in after talking with a female on Sat Feb 4, 2017 at 2:59p.m. CST.
She was exceptionally stuck up and snobby sounding, and when i asked innocent question she responded very rudely saying "i was confused" ha! She was confused at thinking she was a customer service Rep!
Judging by the way she talked, snotty and unhappily, puts a bead on her right there for the type of person she is,and that the business which allows her to represent them. Truly beautiful women and people period are kind and sweet to everyone.
I imagine she's not the only rude person there. I wouldn't go. Im not.
Worst walk in clinic I've ever been to. Had an appointment. There were only 2 other people waiting. That's it! Just 2! After waiting 40+ minutes I politely asked the guy next to me how long he had been waiting and he said he also had an appointment which was an hour and 40+ minutes ago. This man had been there almost 2 hours even though he had an appointment. At this point I knew I wasn't going to wait any longer so I walked back to the counter and asked them to refund my copay. They responded rudely and were unapologetic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR ANYTHING EVEN IF IT IS A LAST RESORT!!
