O am a nurse dropping off a specimen. I signed in and had to wait as of i were waiting to have my blood drawn. Told they are no longer taking drop offs at desk which is fine but why can't someone from the back accept my drop off. I waited over an hour. This is poor management. I will try another office next time.
This place is a joke. Checking in before 2:00. It's now 2:42 and I walk up to ask why 3-5 other people went in front of me that I came in before (thinking maybe they had appt). Speak to the lady at the front desk who says "the machine didn't register you, try again"
So now I start all over and wasted 40 minutes just sitting around. Why didn't you ask what I was doing or look up from social hour with other guest and ask what I was here fori have more important things to do than wait in a waiting room to give blood after fasting since the night before.
Lying about wait times, the turn over of people in and out should be much faster but only seeing 1 to 2 people every 15 minutes. And that's including people with Appointments. If they are short staffed, they should tell people, not make them wait over 3 hours and keep lying to everyone else coming in!
The staff is professional and the service pretty quick, especially considering the many people usually in the waiting room. My only comment is about the television. It is always on some terrible station. Usually msnbc or cnn. Is a liberal bias showing. These stations per port to be news and journalists but their not! Big turnoff! How about the cooking or travel shows? Anything but this garbage! We’re trying to be in a good mood for the day but you are giving us complete non-sense and ruining our morning!
The blonde woman that runs the front desk is so incredibly Rude! She obviously has no respect for the company she works for or the clients that come here.
She Has a nasty temperament and has been rude every time I've been in this location over the last few years. If she's not the manager she acts as if she is. She works the front desk, she also draws blood in the room to the exact right of the front desk which is the first door to the right in the right hallway off of the waiting area. When I went, there were dirty purple surgical gloves on the sidewalk just outside the front door.
She was extremely Curt when interacting with me once again today . It's definitely for the last time I will never return to this facility or Quest Diagnostics again. I feel sorry for every elderly person that has to go to this facility. There was some nice people that used to work here drawing blood but I see that they've left this location.
If you have a complaint you can also go to their website and fill out a formal complaint maybe they will actually read those. Or call the main number for Quest Diagnostics.
They are always professional and nice, the place is clean its just that too many people go to this one, so I sometimes go to another location.
I would give them 0 , very rude, very nasty, I leave the office and I would never cone back.
I'm not sure why these folks on here are rating these people unfairly. I had not a single problem. I walked in at 7 when they open along with about a dozen others. We all used the sign in pads at the counter and it went smoothly. I was called in about 10-15 minutes after I signed in. I was greeted with a smile. I enjoyed my visit and left 10 mins later.
Perhaps a positive greeting to the folks who work there would start off a more positive experience.
Visited this office to drop off a specimen envelope. Approximately 20 people were seated in waiting room with another 6 or 7 signing in. The young lady at the counter refused to accept my envelope and said that I would have to sign in and wait my turn. I was not trying to jump in front of any lineonly drop off an envelope at the counter.
Angelic was the best..very convenient location. .easy sign in process..less than 10 minutes today
This Quest is full of uneducated, mostly stupid women who are rude, crude, and lazy. Went in to have blood drawn for 2 different doctors. They claim they had no order to draw blood from one doctor in computer, so wouldn't draw blood from other doctor with doctor provided order in front of them. Incompetence! What the hell!! Then my fault when I am upset!! What a bunch of idiots!
I was nervous to go into this Quest because of the negative reviews. I signed in electronically so there was no greeting but not because someone was being rude. A nurse walked out at 9:12 to take a patient with a 9:15 appt. I walked in at 9am and walked out at 9:30 with no appt. The man who drew my blood was deaf and very nice and it was pretty painless. I will go here again and again when I need lab work done.
I was very hesitant to go to this lab after reading all the negative reviews, but pleasantly surprised by the staff and service I received. They were kind and caring, efficient and friendly. Thank you for a very positive experience.
Understand the low ratings. Walked in place wasn't very busy but had several people signed in who hadn't been registered. No greeting. Person at front desk say hey we got patients and a couple people walked up front then in the back. After that one person was called back and we remained waiting. The person at the front desk just sat at the computer doing nothing. Finally a nice girl with a very friendly personality came up and very quickly and efficiently checked people in while greeting everyone. They need to retrain the woman at the front desk with the shaved head. No sense of urgency or customer service
They are just rude at the ftont desk. It is so slow here. There phone system sucks for setting apts. They can't do it at tye office either.
Can't get through to a real person on the phone!!!! This is ridiculous!! I could drive there faster than I can get through on the phone! Don't try to make an appointment on the phone, it won't work!!
I was a walk-in, and the 45-60 min wait wasn't bad. I left to browse at stores nearby. Then, came back, and within a few minutes I was seen by the phlebotomist. Also, the waiting room was bright and spacious, all the staff members were friendly, and overall, the facility looked clean/tidy.
