Even after they received a Doctor's letter to cancel the fitness instruction checking auto debits, they first said they would reverse the charge then a few days later said they won'tHOW UNETHICAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BE CAREFUL ALLOWING THEM TO DO AUTO DEDUCTIONS OR YOU'LL HAVE TO DEAL WITH A MAJOR RUN AROUND AND GET NOWHERE WITH THEM!!! Also if you look at other gyms you can get personal training for much less than $180 every two weeks.

Its my go-to gym after work since its nearby. There could be better machines in the women's area and the sauna REALLY needs work. It just does not get hot, not sure if its the flooring, build, etc. but it doesn't get the job done. Other than that, the gym is fine.

The machines at this location were spread out, clean and accessible. Reasonable amount of Smith machines, free weights and cable equipment. Good flow to the gym; open with lots of lighting. Both Clients and staff seemed on task, busy (happy).
Lots of treadmills, a handful of steppers and other cardio equipment.
    Good use of space, clean.

Definitely could use some upgrading to get on par with the other facilities. Not impressed with the daycare, however I thought the attendant were very kind. Equipment is outdated, facility is darker and somewhat depressing. I live really close to this one but I go to Sahara because it’s upgrades and mostly because our kids really like the daycare there.

I'm not exactly a people person but the manager at this location (Blake) was so personable & helpful to me I was most impressed. Great gym, convenient location, awesome staff & a 2 thumbs way up recommendation from somebody who is easily able to criticize most everything else! Thanks so much!

While the equipment is in good condition I cannot say that the staffing is in good condition they are rude and helpful and very selfish and when you try and cancel your contract day make up something new to not let you cancel the contract and try to squeeze even more money out of you I want you call them to try and cancel they just direct you to another place to cancel it and then thoses specialists of their say that they can't cancel it and only the gym can cancel it. End of the day while the gym school the people running it are awful!

I've been going to this location since it was still Gold's, and I honestly think the culture has disappeared since Eos took over. I'll always Love this gym but I don't like how they try so desperately to compete with LVAC, when being different than LVAC was its original appeal.

As with anything in life, you need to bring a great attitude to the gym. Why wouldn't you? You're going to work out! You're going to get healthier, stronger, and more confident in yourself! Treat the people that work here with respect, and you'll find it's mutual. The staff here are some of the most amazing people in Las Vegas.

Corporate, of particular note, Sally, Julie, Shane, Sylvester, Reggie, Sadar, Sydney, Terri, and many others are exceptional people. Make sure they know they are valued!

Got hit with an extra $80 on my bill my second month there. Apparently it's the extra annual fee on top of the sign up free on top of the monthly fee. I was not told about this fee.

Alsothe giant studio that they have for classes is not open to their members. I tried to use the space to stretch and workout when there wasn't a class in there and was kicked out.

Alsotried to get a mile in on the treadmill and the treadmill stopped half way through saying there was an issue. The treadmill next to that one was also broken.

I was super excited when I first signed up but now a month in, I'm very disappointed. I'll finish up my month then cancel my membership.

I've been to this location a few times before and it has been great! But for some reason when I walked in today, it smelled so bad! I understand that it's a gym, and it does get smelly at times, but today was just upsetting. It smelt like stinky feet all across the building. It was awful. I hope it's something that will only happen today; if I decide to come back to this location again, i hope it doesn't smell as bad!
