I brought my son for a 2:30 pm appointment and although we were called into a room soon, we waited two hours and still waiting for the doctor to come in. This is ridiculous.

They have long wait times. I have sometimes been in their hour for more then 1 hour. If I could speed up time in this place I would. Our appointment was at 2:30 and we got in their at 3:45.

We have been going to Dr Safko for 7 months now and are very Happy! Dr Safko takes the time to talk to us about what is going on with my 7 year old and what treatments will help. I was hesitant about making my first appt there due to some of the negative reviews on yelpbut we have not had any bad experiences at this office. His staff has Always been helpful and they are even great with my daughter!!

Horrible customer service. Tried to make an appointment for my wife and self this morning, but was on hold 3 times. Called back an hour later, but on hold again. When I finally got ahold of someone and asked if I could just make an appointment, secretary was super rude and could not be bothered. Never been yelled at before for trying to make an appointment. Interesting. Not taking my family here. Would not recommend.

A Very kind Doctor and caring staff, always ready to listen to you. Pharos laser treatment has been amazing on psoriasis, just amazing results, no pills to take. Sometimes the wait time is a little long but in the end it's worth every minute. SO VERY GRATEFUL FOR THIS DOCTOR. For helping my wife, KIMBERLI.

Frustrated. Referred by my wife.put on a "brief hold" for over ten minutes trying to make an appointment. I called back and she asked if I could be put on another "brief" hold. I told her I'd been on hold for ten minutes. She responded "yeah, just hold on another second" and throws me back on hold without waiting for an answer. Five minutes later and I'm moving on to a different dermatologist. I will advise my wife to do the same.

Was put into a patient room and waited 2 hours to get treatment! Even stepped out three times to let them know I'm still in there. Staff did not care. If you leave a message don't expect a call back.

We waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen. They told us to get blood work done and call to get prescription on Friday since doctor was not in.
Called on Thursday, did not have bloodwork. Called Tuesday, was told to come in Friday for prescription. Called Friday, was told that since it had been over a week since blood work, I had to get it done again. This office is so unorganized and unprofessional. Last told that they would maybe have it ready by Monday, 2 weeks after initial visit.response / report this review -
