TALK ABOUT MIND BLOWN!! wow they went above and beyond my expectations I had for the flowers for my wedding. We continue to get multiple compliments about the flowers we had for our wedding. They are such an affordable florist. They really take time and listen to everything you say and she literally created exactly what I had pictured in my mind. Absolutely stunning!

We went here to get flowers for a funeral that happened to fall very close to Valentine's day. Although I do understand that flower supplies were depleted due to the holiday, they were very rude about it and basically told us that they didn't know what they could do for us. Holiday or not, we were planning a funeral, have some compassion and don't be rude to someone that could potentially spend $800-$1,000 on flowers AND just lost a loved one. We instead went to Gillespie's on Raceway and were very happy with their service and attitude.

Queen Anne's Lace is a great place for not only arrangements but unique gifts. Customer service is excellent. Quality of floral is bar none - definitely a difference with Queen Anne's. I used to go to other places, now it's always Queen Anne's. Bravo guys!!

The only reason I even gave one star is because I cannot give zero or a half a star. I called Queen Anne's Lace to set up a meeting to do the flowers for my wedding. I was very excited about this meeting as I was greatly impressed with their work. When I told them that I had another appointment set up with another flower shop in order to have a backup in case Queen Anne's Lace couldn't get the flowers in that I desired, I was told that if they were not my first choice, we had nothing to speak about. This is incredibly rude on top of being poor customer service. I will not do business with them nor will anyone I know. With attitudes like this, the company is doomed to fail.
