Horrible experience. Not only did they break my driver side door panel and make no effort to tell me about it until after I left and found the broken tabs, I made an appointment at 11am and they still had not finished by 7pm. NEVER come here if you want your job done right or on time. My car stunk of cigarette smoke for weeks. Should have driven away after seeing all of the businesses in this strip mall have iron bars on the windows. Nothing quality here.

Twice we've been there-months apart. While they do decent work their time management is poor. The first vehicle tint job took 6 hours. The second one took 9. We dropped the car off at 9am and it wasn't ready until 6pm! For two windows. Seriously? Originally they said noon. Both times they claimed they'd be done in 4 hours or less. There are others in the area with better business practices. I suggest you go there. We won't be back.

First there was an issue with the appointment.
It was scheduled for 1 and I even called back to confirm the time. On the day of the appointment “Red” called us at 9:20 & said he is “confirming our 9 o’clock appointment”. I said “ No, the appointment is at 1.” He says “ oh I thought you were dropping it off at 9.”
Nope.
Dropped the vehicle off at 1 and came back to pick it up right as they closed at 5:30.
I paid and went to the car.
The tint itself looked great.
I opened the car door and was immediately met with the strong odor of cigarette smoke! Unacceptable.
So what does one do? Immediately get in and roll the windows down.
Suddenly, Red pulls up in his vehicle next to me and hops out . “Ma’am you can’t roll your windows down for 3 days!”
Ok I was never told that. That may be common sense to some but this is my first time ever dealing with a service like that.
When I ask him how I was supposed to know that, he says “I told you that inside.”
That’s completely untrue. The only thing we discussed was whether or not they charged for paying with a card and the percentage of window tint we want.
I told Red that the car reeks of cigarette smoke. Red went to get the person who does the installation. & they ultimately tried to remedy the situation by spraying some type of air freshener.
Upon further research, I found that it is the registered owner that is doing the installations and making peoples car smell like cigarette smoke.
(There are reviews on this page mentioning cigarette smoke going back 12 years)
So the business has been made aware of this issue and nothing has been done to rectify the situation. Owner does not offer anything to better the situation besides a “ sorry” and air freshener (which didn’t help)
As soon as you walk in the door of the business, it smells like cigarette smoke and they still use hand written receipts.
Personally, I should have gone some place else that values their customers & is with the times.response / report this review -

Recently took my 2022 Infiniti Q60 Red S 400 to get tinted have taken my last 2 car there.. ALWAYS quality work from this crew. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for your tinting needs!!!
