I have 5 cars in our family. We all take our cars to Grand American. The service is amazing. Eddie in the Front Office is the best. Always striving to give us the best price on what we want. Gives us the best service. Go see him.
Recently I took my daughters car in and thinking it was getting a tire rotation and oil change, it didn't turn out that way. We needed front and rear brakes, roter issue and more. Vic, the mechanic was awesome to work with. Was up front and helped us with what we could financially do and what my daughter could afford and it be safe to drive her car. Can't ask for anymore.
They work on all my cars. We don't take them anywhere else.

The service was wonderful!
I was happy to find people that are honest and helpful. Being a woman is not easy to find a place that you can trust. I will continue to take my car there anytime it needs service.

Great customer service started with a phone call inquiring about tires for a motor home and continued throughout the day. They were able to accommodate a larger vehicle safely, and responsibly complete the work quickly. I can see why they are recommended as the go to place in Simi.

Always friendly with good work for an honest price. Staff great. Vic has always been honest and finds the best solutions. Eddie is knowledgeable and has the best deals. I always feel taken care of here.
