Considering that the police had my car towed here (mistaken for an abandoned car), this company has been above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible, The are the most reasonable and helpful tow company I've ever encountered. Thank God they answered the phone even though they had already closed. They gave me a number to contact after hours to remove my car any time day or night. The overnight fees were something like $22 versus the typical $100 per day. I was out of town when it was towed but they were very helpful with their instructions on what needed to be done to verify my friend to pick it up for me. Additionally, my car was damaged while it was there but they are paying for a local shop to fix everything that was broken. That process has been going smoothly so far as well.

Wayne Power is an outstanding & caring tow truck driver. He is extremely knowledgeable & helps in any way he can. I highly recommend Aus-Tex based off my exceptional towing experience with Wayne. Tow lots tend to be run by rude, grizzled old men. This was a pleasant surprise. The woman at the front desk was very kind and considerate during a tumultuous time for me. Thanks again!
