My car was a mess. Marina Benz saved my car from more costly repairs and now my 2005 C250 is running like new. Great friendly & knowledgeable service. Thank you Issac

Poor communication, zero integrity, zero service. I took in my vintage Ford Bronco, asked for the brakes to be fixed and the transmission checked. Sat there for three weeks and was told they’re both fine. Finally had the Bronco transported via flatbed because transmission would shift and I couldn’t drive above 15 mph, brakes went to the floor making each stop an “adventure”. Owner said he could fix some minor body damage but after 3 weeks said “if” he could find the correct parts it would cost well over $1000. I found the parts online in 15 minutes and were $168.00, they arrive Saturday. He never called with updates and honestly, despite his assertions that he “is a perfectionist”, he’s anything but.

Hidden gem. Came in for some service for the first time at this location. Got attended real quick. Isaac knew what was the problem right off the bat. Fixed it no problem. Treated me like family. Hospitality was great. I would recommend this place to any Mercedes Benz owner. Will come back for future visits.

Beware of this company they charged me 700 to fix my car without ever telling me what was wrong or how much to fix itThe Morning of April 26 I had towed it for an estimate only but I didn’t hear from the shop until 45 mins before they close and they demanded just under 700$ saying it was the starter ( I had asked for diagnostic on why it wouldn’t start and also to repair power window.) the man Isaac say he didn’t have time to call me cause they was backed up from the weekend and he never looked at the power window at all.
I don’t have 700 so I went to find the money but when I got my truck back there was a ***huge 12 inch***dent to my front bumper that’s gonna cost another 700 to fix. I just want my money back so I can at least fix the car, when I called the owner to ask him about it he denied everything and started to scream and curse at me.response / report this review -

I have been going to Quality Tire for over 6 years now. I originally came there after getting a botched fuel pump repair from a place in Santa Monica and I've been coming to QT ever since. I have a 1998 Isuzu Rodeo that has stayed in great condition because of the team there. As you can imagine driving an older car- things break - it comes with the territory. Isaac has always given me excellent repair service at a great price highly recommended!
