Needed a small enclosed trailer for work and for moving around my riding mower. They advertised prices and inventory online and when I showed up, they had what they said they advertised online. Credit card purchases required an extra 3% payment, which I was fine with. Chad was my sales rep, and he was professional and educated in his products. We bought a 2019 US Cargo 5x8 trailer. Very happy with the purchase and customer service.

JCL seemed to have decent staff. Katie answered my questions over the phone and I purchased a new trailer that week. This dealer is about an hour away from home! The guys prepping it were more than helpful. Had a bad axle in it and Joe the owner was nice, but wanted nothing to do with it and told ME call the axle manf.. JCL is a service center and should have been able to diagnose and swap an axle easily under warranty. Zero customer support after the sale! Disappointed I had replace my own axle on a brand new trailer with under 50 miles and 2 weeks old.
The fact that everyone was professional is the only reason for the high 3 star rating.

Needed some inserts for a trailer I punched at JCL about 3 years ago. The owner (Joe) could not have treated me any better! He ordered them and gave me a call 2 days after I came to see him and said they were there! This is the 3rd trailer I have bought from himhe treats you like family!
