  We hadn’t purchased a Used Vehicle in 35 years! But because we found ourselves in need of a solid tow vehicle to fulfill our cross country by camper dreams we landed at the newly formed Legacy Chevrolet Dealer on by-pass 72 in Greenwood, SC! The staff was very patient, attentive, and ‘driven’ to not only make sure we had a solid vehicle to take home but provide exceptional service from beginning to end to address any concerns and special needs we had! A big shout out to Carlos, Dee, Demon and the service department for the all the special care and attention! Appreciate you guys! We just love our new purchase! She is a beauty! No doubt Legacy Chevrolet will be a value-add to the Greenwood surrounding area!

  I visited the dealership in early November 2022, trading in my 2018 Toyota tundra for the just 12 Toyota tundra pictured here. I found this truck online and the dealership was quick to respond with all relevant details. Throughout the process I worked with Miss Kim who was delightful.
  
  They were ready for me when I arrived, and were able to fairly quickly move through paperwork. They answered all the questions I had about the truck and offered me a fair value for my trade in. The facility was clean and comfortable, and they were quite hospitable, offering both water and lunch.
  
  They gave the truck an extra wash before handing it over. Probably the only slightly negative thing I have to say, is the interior detailing was not great. Significant improvements can and should be made. There was also a ticking in the air conditioner they said they had fixed, which was very much not fixed once I began to drive it home. Unfortunately, I'm an hour away so I wasn't able to return to have them check it out again.
  
  I'm also keeping my eye on what seems like it may be a slow leak on one of the tires that wasn't mentioned. The truck was on there a lot for at least a few days to a week, and the tire pressure sensor was on, so I feel like this should have been identified and mentioned earlier, but it's not a very big deal.
  
  Overall, the experience was great and I would definitely encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to consider reaching out to Miss Kim at legacy Chevrolet.

  I made the appointment by phone. I was able to drop vehicle off the day before using the drop box (a big plus because I needed a ride back home). All the work was done on time and I received a call that the vehicle was ready for pick up. I was able to pick up quickly without any wait and everything was done correctly.

  Absolutely worth the drive. They take very good care of thier customers. They are not jacking up prices or charging over MSRP like other dealerships.

  My experience at Gary Russ Chevrolet was excellent. Upon arrival I was met with the door swung open, hand shake, and gratitude. The sale was pleasant, fast, and I felt I was given an excellent value for my purchase.
  I will be ordering another car in the near future from Gary Russ Chevrolet.
