We have 2 BMW: 2007 & 2008; decided to finally search for new. Our closest dealer is BMW of Roanoke plus they've serviced the 2007 before and we knew what they'd give us on trade-in toward new. When we arrived, we met Robert Medlin. He was friendly and showed us x3 & x5; we test drove the 5. While we liked the 5, we liked the 3 because I am female, 60+ and 4 cylinder and its size is perfect for me. Robert & rest of staff answered all our questions and quickly did paperwork for us including transferring the tags. Again, stating our ages of 60+ and having 2007 & 2008 BMW's, you know we had a lot of questions; cars have changed a bit since 2007&2008. I explained we'd go home, work thru the book to understand the features and if had questions, would email Robert. They also offered us to visit (we live an hour away) and they'd show us any features we didn't understand. So far, we've only had a few questions to email and we've received answers from Robert. Let me be blunt, do we expect excellent service at a BMW dealership because we are repeat BMW buyer? Yes, and we did. We complimented Robert for not being pushy; no stress and he stepped back when we discussed between each other. If I asked my husband a question about the car; Robert didn't jump in and answer. He waited until we turned back to him. If there would be a number rating of 10 being the highest, Robert and the dealership get a 10. Also, after we took possession of the x3, we were on our way to a local restaurant. I realized I had left our garage door opener in the 7 we'd just traded. We called, Robert located and when he got off at 6:00 (our reservations were at 6) he delivered the opener to us at the restaurant. While I am still working my way thru the book and also looking at YouTube BMW videos, I am comfortable knowing Robert will get an answer for me if I ask.

Best experience ever with a dealer. I would highly recommend this dealership. After trying for close to a month to get brakes on my BMW at another dealership closer to my home, I called David (service manager) at BMW Roanoke and not only did he have the brakes in stock he rearranged their day to get them put on for me while I was working in the area. They provided me a quiet space to be able to work virtually while I waited. The entire service department was so friendly and helpful. This is truly the best service experience I have ever had with any dealership Thank you to everyone at BMW Roanoke for taking care of my issues And making me comfortable while I waited.

This review is for the service center. On our way back home from a road trip, the car had some mechanical issues. The service center staff was extremely helpful in getting the problem diagnosed, ordering parts, and keeping us fully informed during the process. The experience was very pleasant. But where they went really above and beyond was in the aftermath of the incident where I had to claim trip disruption check from BMW. The service manager David Wise not only facilitated the interaction with BMW corporate but also kept following up repeatedly when we hit delays. All in all I would highly recommend them.

Starr, Mike, and Rick were great to deal with. No issues at all. Our new car came in quicker than expected and exactly as we ordered. They also got us a great interest rate on our financing. I’ve never had a car buying experience that went this smooth. We will return.
