The staff was awesome and the amenities were great.but the quality of the hotel isnt great.you can tell its getting old (witch it is)but thats not anyone's fault.but for 100 a night it would seem like they would do some updates
Don't stay here it smells bad very musty with or without the heater on or off the beds are worn out and small sleep in your clothes to be safe the bathroom is small, wear your shower shoes I didn't have a choice to stay here my job put us here for 3 days, did i say its a lot of stray cats outside waiting for you every day and night LOL
You have a choice DON'T STAY
I stayed overnight at the Quality Inn & Suites Conference Center because I was in town for a friend's daughter's wedding. The check-in was very easy. The location was very convenient. The room had a nice comfortable queen size bed. The room also included air conditioning, a good refrigerator, a TV, an ironing board and iron, a hair dryer, and was clean. It also included free WiFi. A continental breakfast was also included with my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
I recently had lunch here on a strong recommendation of a friend and I was less than impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, however, the food was ho-hum at best. Not sure what actually qualifies as soul food, but just taking chicken legs and dropping them in a vat of gravy doesn't seem right to me. Very small selection, unclean facilities as well. It wasn't a HORRIBLE experience, but I will not be returning.
The room was good. Customer service was great. Shower was nice. The a.c. unit worked well. They were remodeling at the point in time so a little noisy.
Phone didn't work, no channel guide, the bathroom was wet like someone took a shower after they cleaned the bathroom and I found roaches. Don't stay here, management should be ashamed of themselves!
Due to Hurricane Irma we were in Alabama slowly working our way back to Florida we stopped here at Quality Inn the room is surprisingly updated with modern decor and very nice it's quiet the staff is friendly and very helpful it is centrally located to everything that you need
The rooms are nice and have included a microwave, and fridge. For the price you pay, it's well worth it's value. TV has plenty of channels and includes HBO. Stayed here fleeing from Irma and the staff and local community went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome.
We stayed in Rm. 200. The bedding of our room was completely filthy and dirty with God-knows what on it. We complained the first night and nothing was done about it. The second night we stayed the bed linen was filthy and dirty again, indicating that the sheet were never changed or washed. After my husband heavily complained, new sheets were brought to us and we had to change them ourselves.
The right thing to do should have been to switch our rooms the first night and refund our complete stay. However, in an effort to fix the problem we were refunded one night's stay. Needless to say we will never be back to visit this hotel and will probably never stay at this hotel chain again. Period.
Stayed here for work and my room was clean and comfortable. Will stay again if I can.
When I made the reservation I did not realize that the doors opened to outside instead of a hallway. So, I was a little concerned when I pulled in. The lady that checked me in was very nice. The lobby also looked decent so I was feeling better about it, but it sounded like a party was going on and I was hoping for some sleep. The room exceeded my expectations. Looked like it had been refurbished recently, carpet, counters and furniture looked new. The bathtub looked like the oldest thing in the room, but it was ok. The room was very quiet and I was able to sleep. So, it served it's purpose.
I was a decent stay they were busy so we had to split a suite and the pullout couch mattress was horrible. But the breakfast was OK and hot showers. The service was bad we requested Sheets and pillow cases and received only one sheet.
My stay at Quality Inn on valentines weekend for me and my wife was so nice and they fix our room right nice. I can say I really enjoy my stay there and the food and breakfast was good there.
I could barely get the room to the door to close. I had to flush the toilet 4 times to get it to go down. While sitting in my room, a roach the size of a small chameleon crawled up my wall. I used my pocket knife to separate him into to nearly equal halves. He fell behind the nightstand and when I looked to see where, saw additional, similarly sized dead roaches. I'll keep my knife handy as I'm sleeping. The front desk staff is very friendly and the AC works well.
