Everything was good but the bed! Way too hard. Did not sleep well at all, other then that..friendly staff, clean room. Awesome eating place across the street called Hip Hop fried chicken & fish!! Gotta have the gizzards!!

Hotel provided courteous service. The room was clean and exactly as described. I am glad I was able to enroll in the rewards program while checking in. I would recommend.

I've stayed at this location several times over the years and under various ownership. Baymont Inn has taken a unfriendly customer approach. The manager admitted to me that if you book via a third party like Priceline you'll automatically receive a less favorable room by policy. They forced my family into a smoker room because of where we book our reservation. Be aware of the shady policy should choose to stay here. We found their WiFi network practically non-existent the pillows small and inadequate and worst of all our luggage reeked with the odor of smoke by time we checked out.

Good place to stay in Thomasville. Easy access to major highways and restaurants. I stay here regularly.

Clean, staff very friendly, good for the price. Make sure to specify no smoking room, if that's what you want. Bed not bad, a definite quick stop to lay your head as you're passing through.

Staff is very good. Maintenance also too good. Room is very nice. But breakfast is not good. I went @8am for breakfast but nothing is there. If you are booking this hotel plz take care of your breakfast yourself.

At the time we booked this room it was just after Irma
This was a smoking room but was the only room available. We will stay at this motel only if we can book a non-smoking room. I could not believe the odor in this room. Only a smoker could put up with it. They need to upgrade breakfast. Cereal and waffles does not seem enough when you pay that much for a room.

I give this hotel 2 stars because of dirty towels, bathroom, and funny odor. Bed sheets aren't clean. Terrible pictures on the tv. I don't feel comfortable in here. Pool isn't clean.

My friend reserved this hotel during Rose Show Weekend, 2017. Even though she checked me in earlier that day, I wasn't able to return to the hotel until 1:30am Saturday morning. My reservation was Friday, April 28- Sunday, April 30. I stayed at the hotel for 1 hour and 45 minutes at the most. The mattress felt lumpy & it also felt as if bugs were crawling on me. The comforter didn't appear to be clean. The entire room is outdated with the exception of the television. Other hotels were booked because of the weekend so I had to travel to Cairo, GA for a hotel room in the wee hours of the morning. I stayed at this hotel in 2001 when it was named the Jameson Inn. It has changed tremendously & it isn't worth a free stay.

Stayed there over the past weekend only because of an emergency. Rooms: mediocre beds are really firm and left me feeling tired still. Bathroom: Disgusting is the only word smelt like urine. Coffee maker: dirty and unclean. Breakfast: wrapped in individual packaging milk is from local grocery store gravy was old and two coffee pitchers EMPTY. Will not stay again

We would stay again, and again. The staff was so helpful. Thank you Jennifer and Candy. You made our stay so enjoyable. While the rooms are not especially large, they have everything you need. They were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was as good or better than hotels that are twice the rate.
