Good price, hood breakfast, and good location. Outdated and not very pretty. Paint everywhere, holes in walls. A couple stains on the bed covers. Shower temp was hit or miss. Ok though. Good enough for the price we got.

Great location and very dog friendly. Great location for walking dogs and walking access to a store and a few restaurants. Use the bridge from the Campground to go to the lake.

The pool is small; there is a nice size hot tub. It is safe.

Stayed here on September 2nd, I get a charge from the hotel of $50 for no reason. I call the hotel and the general manager accuses me of stealing a white comforter. I told the gentlemen I did not take the comforter,l and still accuses me of stealing it and I did not. He hangs up on me while I'm trying to figure this situation out and be honest saying I did not take the comforter. I call him back and he answers the phone and I told him who I was and said he should have hung up on me and he shouldn't accuse me of something I did not do and I'm sorry the comforter is missing but I has nothing to do with me. The gentlemen hangs up on me again and now I'm out $50 because some one the hotels end dropped the ball. Honestly if this is the kind of business this hotel wants that is not right by the people who stay there to try and have a good time. I hope who ever is reading this it does happen to you. All I would like is to have to charge taken off of my account and I'll be happen after that, thank you for your time.

The location is close to many of the things people come to visit Traverse City (the beach, not far from downtown, and the old mission lighthouse). The room was great aside from the size of the bathroom As a big guy, it feels pretty close. The staff we interacted with were friendly and attentive. Overall if you need a place to stay and don't mind not being on the beach, it's a more than satisfactory experience.

If you have asthma, do not stay at this hotel. The upstairs middle floor (hallway) smelled like stale smoke. Hard to breathe in. They put me on the bottom, middle floor, it was so musty. Couldn't breathe well. "If you have asthma, do not stay at this hotel." Then they put me on the bottom floor towards the lobby, then I was able to breathe a lot better in that room. But still had to use my inhaler.

Front desk worker was strange, I literally called not even an hour before arrival to ask if early check in was available and when I showed up and told I called he told me I was way too early and would have to come back. I told him once again that I had just called and they checked and told me my room was available and he said fine, that he'll look but can't promise anything. Our room was, in fact, ready just as I was told when I called. Hotel was kinda run down, not horribly but they could definitely fix a lot. Jacuzzi in the room had a lot of rules and none of the knobs even worked. Bathroom was tiny but everything was clean. Overall, not a bad place to stay but if it wasn't for the cheapest place with a Jacuzzi in the room we would stay somewhere else next time.

Simple, small rooms. Nothing special but also no negatives. Nice staff.

We stayed here for the Bayshore marathon and it was great. The staff was excellent, it was close to the start/finish line and the room was clean and comfy. It's also close to downtown for shopping and dining. We'll be staying again next year when we come up to race.

Slept like a rock, bed was plenty comfortable, which is the biggest thing I care about! The room temp was a little all over the place, super old termastat. Bathroom was quite small but great water temp and pressure!! Price was a little steep for memorial day weekend but overall was happy with our stay.
